“[REVIEW # 2,000! :D]I'm pretty familiar with Sam's given we have one pretty close to home. So, being here and the need came up, it was a good thing it was conveniently on our way home. (It was sorta a last minute calling-and-audible thing in the car.) It was pretty crowded on a weekday afternoon, but we got lucky with parking. (Right up front!) We needed to get a few things for dinner (we were currently a dozen peeps packed in Big Bro's house for a few days) so bulk was the way to go. We found everything we needed, and with the scan and go option, checking out was at ease. We couldn't leave without making a stop at the café. Mom had her usual hotdog and drink combo, and I had my pizza and drink combo. What a bargain: less than $5 to feed us both! And it's not like they're snack sizes: they were meal sizes! FUNNY FACT: I finally found something smaller in Texas vs California. I was surprised as I expected it to be much bigger compared to the Sam's I normally go to. Great run! Good to know they're here. Will make another stop when that kinda need comes up again!”

“Always have a good experience at this small neighborhood market and go there mostly for food, or pet food. They didn't have my favorite yogurt tonight but usually find everything I need.”

“Having experienced the wretched walgreens, CVS and heb pharmacy locations in Austin I eventually went to using smaller private pharmacies and was very satisfied with this alternative. When I moved up to Heights 2++ years ago I realized using an independent pharmacy would be challenging. So I re-tried walgreens (Bad Idea) then tried HEB short term while considering my options. This turned into long term because I was and remain remarkably impressed at the competence and customer service offered at this specific location. They have had to struggle with environmental constraints with their drive-thru and a small cramped work space and yet I have never witnessed anyone lose their cool and they have always been professional and polite in every interaction I have had with them be it face to face or on the phone.
Thank you to all the staff at the HEB Pharmacy Indian Trail. You are the best!”

“I'm happy to return to the area to see there's a Sam's here and I don't need to go to Temple. I haven't gone while it's been crowded and it could be that what's crowded to others isn't crowded to me. I use the app for check out which is extremely helpful. I just scan as I go. Never a mess, the employees are nice and helpful and the meat is great. What I can't find at a butcher I can find here. I come here often and barely go to HEB or Walmart. I live in Cove this time around but it's way better than driving to Temple.”

“My 1st time shopping Sam's club, and my first time trying to order on line and do curb pickup....I somehow did not click some buttons correctly, but I got a confirmation after I selected a pick up time.
I got to a parking space and was not able to check in. I called the store number and a VERY delightful young lady named Noemi came to the car. She helped me navigate the app, and since the order was in a "hold" because I hadn't done something....she went into the store pulled the items I ordered and brought them to the car. She helped me reset the app correctly. I could not have done it with out her!!!
Thank you Noemi, you are awesome!!”

“Christian was so professional, friendly, and patient with transferring my prescriptions from Walgreens. He is a true asset to your pharmacy. I made the right choice moving my prescriptions here. Walgreens has changed so much in the last year or so and not in a good way!”

“The pharmacist manager, Danh was so helpful and patient, he went above and beyond on giving my boyfriend his vaccine. Then when we went back for the second shot, my boyfriend didn't want anyone else to give it to him, even when he was to busy he showed us kindness and gave him his shot.”

“I feel so sorry for Pharmacist. Sooooo many of sickness (in the head) and Medicine needed. Takes one horrible worker and make the rest of hard workers look bad. Pharmacist is also a human, some folks talk to the dog much better than Pharmacist, that was horrible service you were recipes. Managmant is need to be manage better. Should have more Pharmacist take turn of lunch break, not close for lunch, that was cause of overwhelming for staff.”
