I'm appalled that they actually charge money for people to rent this space.I am not a hyperbolic person. When I say this building should be condemned, I absolutely mean it.The rooms were filthy and the renter had to sweep and clean up themselves. There were dead roaches everywhere and it smelled like stale cigarette smoke.The final straw for me was the state of the bathroom. The sink had a massive dead roach in it, there was a random fixture on the counter, the wall of the urinals was half collapsed and one of the urinals was just laying in a wash basin. Attached is a picture of said bathroom.It's great that people have an affordable space to rent for events, but whatever the cost is, it's too much.

My son's cub scout pack has weekly meetings here. It's always very warm inside despite the meetings being in the later part of the day.
