We had issues with my mom's icloud account and they took three hours to get her phone unlocked and they allowed me to take my phone with me so I could transfer all of my items from my cell phone. I would shop here again and would recommend this store to my friends and family.”

“I had a great expirence at the Harker Heights location. The person that took care of me from start to finish was a gentleman named Josh. He was great. Up front with everything, answered all my questions clearly and concisely. I was worried about pricing when it came to fixing my PS5 because the issue was unknown at the time when I first brought it in. He answered my questions as to what the problem(s) could be and when I asked a ball park price range of what those named problems would cost me to repair so I could prepare myself., The pricing ended up not being as bad as I thought it would be. No surprise charges of labor, this, or that etc. It wasn't one price after another or after another. Very black and white and if you take time to ask questions they will educate and inform you (especially Josh) to the best of their ability while also providing excellent care to me and my PS5. I will definitely be a returning customer with any other needs for my electronics I may have. THANKS JOSH!!!!”
