They do good work, when you can get it in a timely manner. My organization has done business with them for a very long time, but my interaction was always though others, and authorizing the purchases. Personally, I had negative customer service on both of the occasions I went in. The first time was trying to get some embroidery fixed on some shirts they did. The error was not their fault at all, but we'd gotten the work done there so it made sense to see if they could help fix it. The lady at the desk acted like it was a hassle, and said it would take at least two weeks to start. I accepted that and left the shirts. It took about six weeks for me to get them back, via my employee. I wasn't satisfied as a customer, I don't like being made to feel as if I'm inconveniencing people just by asking for a service. Tell me you will do it or tell me you won't do it, just let me move on with my life and don't treat the customer like they're wrong for asking for help. The second time I went in, it was to get a couple remaining shirts fixed, the exact same issue as before (different shirts, same problem). The contact started off great, but when I explained what I needed, the man I spoke to indicated they didn't do that because of the risk of damaging the shirt. I explained that I had just gotten several shirts back, where they HAD just done what I asked. Then he said they have done it but they've stopped, because of the work involved, tools it takes, and chance of damaging the shirts. He said I could leave the shirts and he could ask his employee, and IF she agreed to do it they would they would let me know. I was a little frustrated at that point because I was only asking for work that they had already done, and I didn't want to waste the embroidered shirts. I also felt like it would be a waste of time to wait days to see IF his employee would agree to the work. So I said hey, if the answer is no, just tell me, and I'd notify my employee that we would take our business elsewhere. He immediately got upset (but not disrespectful), and repeatedly claimed I was threatening his business, and was trying to take all the business away over something simple. I tried to explain more than once that several people in my organization had done business with them over the years, and their decision to stop was way beyond my control. I repeated that I was specifically referring to the business I was trying to bring him that day, which I was still holding in my hands (the shirts). He continued to infer I was threatening his business. I asked to speak to the owner and he said HE was the owner, and gave me the name Brandon. I told him I wasn't happy with the customer service and I would't be back. The 2 stars are because they have done good work for us. I can't give them a higher score because as a customer I just can't justify going into a business and being made to feel like I'm doing something wrong by trying to get help, or trying to get a service that they had just performed a few weeks before. I do not intend to do business with this company again.

I give this business a 5 star rating. Very friendly, turn around on getting my items back is very quick. The young lady by the name of Freedom is always very helpful. I will continue to use their services for all my needs. Thank you Freedom:)Services: Custom patch embroidery

I am so impressed with how incredible my son’s jacket looked. Also grateful for their ability to get the embroidery done so quickly when I expressed that he needed the jacket sooner than when they would typically have finished. Finally, their prices are very reasonable. I was honestly surprised, as I thought it would cost much more. It looks perfect!

DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME!!! - this business has definitely gone downhill!!First impression on arrival - Employees smoking in front of the business - Lady in the front is completely annoyed that I interrupted her smoke break looks like she wants to cuss me for bothering her. No greeting, no attempt to try and be pleasant. But hey, I need this item sewed for an upcoming trip. So I speak with the rude lady, and turn in my item to be sewed and was told that someone would text me by the end of the day with options to sew on my item. I was never contacted. Called 2 days later, and was told that she hadn't gotten to it, and would call later that afternoon. Once again, I was never contacted. 5 days later, and still NO CONTACT! I went today and retrieved my item! Will NEVER do business there again!RECAP:Worst customer service ever!Clearly did not want business - Didn't even try to fix or remedy the issue.Business lies about contact and completion times!Smoking in front of your potential customers leaves a great impression!

My wife and I entered and about 30 seconds into my wife explaining what she wanted the lady at the front desk answered a phone call. The RIGHT thing to do would have been to ask the person on the phone if they could be placed on hold. But no, she did the wrong thing and ignored us until we gathered up our things and left, about 15 minutes standing at the counter as she handled the person on the phone. Absolutely poor customer service that she should be ashamed of.

Made my unit platoon shirts here. Great work. Even helped cut cost on modifying the color scheme. They did make an error on the original order but they remade it, no questions asked.
