Kylee answered the phone today and was very rude. I’ve heard amazing things about this daycare and I’m glad she answered because it has completely changed my thoughts of this place. They had no openings for my daughter but even if they did, I would not send my child to be around people like Kylee at the log cabin learning lodge.

My Son attended the log academy for a little under two years and he loved the staff. Most of the staff at this facility are caring, friendly and professional. His vocabulary significantly improved while here. My only issue was that he didn't fully know his ABC and I felt like some of the teacher acted as babysitters instead of educators. I would go over them with him at home and he would come home not fully remembering them.

Update: my preschooler and toddler now go here and I still LOVE LCLA! The infant/toddler cabin is great, and the toddler/preschool class keeps kids engaged while also preparing them for kindergarten. Definitely recommend. I also applaud their measures to contain and mitigate spread of COVID.2017-2019My daughter started going here at 3months and attended until she was approximately 18 months old, and we had to leave due to military PCS. The ladies in the infant cabin were fantastic, and whenever there was an issue the administration would deal with it promptly. If (and hopefully when) we move back to the Fort Hood area, I will definitely re-enroll her in their program, along with our second baby so long as there is availability.

All the teachers here are so sweet. I highly recommend this LCLA . 3 of my grandkids have gone or go here. I love that it is always so clean. I see the kids looking happy . Sometimes the kids do not want to leave. I love that I can walk in anytime but it is secured by a code system. We have been to other day cares in the past This is the Absolute Best one! ❤

Placed my child on the waitlist in November. Informed that the waitlist would be through March. Called today to followup, only to learn that my child was never even placed on the waitlist. If this is what I can expect for the care of my child, this is concerning and I will not be using this facility.

I wish I could give 10 stars! Highly professional, great staff. I took both of my kid’s and they love it! My daughter wants to go on the weekends to see her Mrs.Cece! We waited a few month to get in. Worth the wait! I always get a call if there is ever a fall or scratch with my kids. Dropping off my kids is easy as they enjoy being there. The teachers always remind me if I need more clothes or to trade out through the climate changes. The staff genuinely care about my kids. They do fun parties throughout the year. And a book exchange in December.

We discovered this place after visiting many daycares in the area. Staff here are very professional and friendly. Most importantly my son loves going here. We also appreciate the effort by the staff to learn what my son needs and their feedback on how he is doing. We are planning to send our baby girl as well in the future.Edit:Enrolled our daughter here as well and she is doing fantastic and adjusted well. Her teachers were patient and helpful in helping her transition to daycare.

I was extremely picky about where to send my child for daycare because I had a poor experience when my older son was in daycare. So I was very diligent when choosing a daycare for my younger son, as I didn't want a similar incident to happen again. My son stayed in this daycare one year, and then progressed on to preschool at the public school. I loved them! He didn't cry when I dropped him off. The teachers really care about the kids and took the time to get to know my kiddo and see what worked best for helping him learn. They let me know of any concerns, and informed me of his accomplishments. He receives speech services as part of an IEP through the public school system, and Log Cabin was very willing to work with him on the items in his plan. They do some testing as part of their Texas School Ready program, and worked well with my child to help him be as successful as he could be. I loved this school and would recommend anyone looking for childcare to use this facility, if you can get a spot (they do fill up quickly). I'm a teacher, and if they serviced my sons' school for after care, I would still be using them this year. I'm so glad we found Log Cabin.I couldn't imagine going to work and having to worry about my child, and with this place and these teachers I was at peace the entire time.

My daughter has been going here for nearly a year and loves it. She was with an in home nanny for two years before her nanny moved away. I was skeptical about putting her in daycare --- but decided that it was time she received socialization. I took the tour and instantly fell in love with the staff and the facility. Most of the teachers that are there --- have been with the program for 10 years or more. The class sizes are nice and my daughter has learned so much while being there. Would recommend this facility if you're looking for a safe place and environment where your child will learn and be happy! My only disappointment was that they didn't have cameras so I could watch my wee one at school.

My daughter started when she was a baby and every year she has asked to go back. She insist that we all wave to her school each time we drive pass. She loves all the teachers and staff, and they all love her dearly. Everyone is family at the Log Cabin, and my daughter is bright, and caring, and happy there, in return that makes us happy.
