CONSUMER BEWARE - HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE
I was rushed through this office just as fast as they could get me in and out the front door, being sold services I didn't need along the way. I called afterwards and told them I was not happy with my experience. They obviously don't care. They simply invited me to come in and repeat the process over again.
Patients should do their homework before visiting this office. Personally, I don't feel like this is a caring environment where professionals want to take the time to understand specific issues and help patients work through them. They are far more concerned with their bottom line. Your resources are better spent with someone who genuinely cares.

Had an appointment for my daughter about her ankle. The appointment was at 8:18. We were called to the back and they did X-rays on her ankle. She put us in the room and exam her and I also told her about the MRI that I have the imaging but they have not released the diagnosis, and she said ok. She told us that the doctor will be in shortly. So as we are waiting for him to come in to see her, I can her him going to room to room bypassing ours. At this time we have been waiting an hour. I get up and open the door and asked the nurse did they forget about us or are we been ignored. She said mam he’s with a patient and your nest. At that time I was already upset for waiting so long. So I slammed the door. May 10 minutes later the doctor came in there and just start talking loud saying the problem is that I didn’t do what I was supposed to do to release the MRI, I tried to explain but he was so rude about it. When my daughter went to get the MRI at Advent Imaging, I had marked that she had previous X-rays. So after waiting 2 weeks to see if they had send the results to the Doctor, they told me that it was on hold because of precious imaging. I to Advent to don’t worry about the previous images and just send it to her doctor. And I was told that the imaging will be released and give it 2 to 3 days. So, I had called advent 2 weeks later and they still haven’t released it to the doctor because it was still on hold. I went into Advent and got a copy of the imaging and they the diagnosis will be released in 2 day. With all said this doctor has blamed me because the diagnosis wasn’t sent. I have never been so disrespectful for such an professional doctor that does a good job. He yelled at me because of that and the got made because the imaging was not done right and now it has to be redone. He told me it was my fault and he wouldn’t let me explain. First of all I brought her in because she had injured the ankle the day before and it ha swollen up. And just brought the MRI in for him to look at it. I’m so disappointed in his reaction toward me in front of my daughter. Was it my fault or was it Advent fault. Advent didn’t do what they were supposed to do and I got yelled at because of their job. I’m very disappointed because I never had any problems with Dr. Ledger. Now I don’t know if I want to return to his office for her follow up.

Good God!!! What a horrible service, first they told me at an hour and they didn't attend to me because it was one minute early. Then they made me another appointment. I arrive and they tell me that IF I don't have someone to translate for me, they wouldn't help me. I am a disabled person. I have never had anything like this happen in a medical office. I really left

This podiatrist should not be practicing at all. He should have his license taken away. My husband was seeing him for a left & right foot injury. He was very unprofessional & quite argumentative with my husband. Dr. Ledger only wanted to be heard, and didn't want to hear or listen to our concerns. He lied about conversations he had with the workers comp nurse, which I had emails to prove, & he denied treatment to my husband right foot, & eventually discharged him said "due to non- compliance" we called the office to get an understanding as to what they meant and to our surprise they said "my husband cut his bandages & didn't wear his shoe- boot which they didn't provide. That was an absolute lie!! My husband wore a uni- boot & each time we went to appointments they had to cut it off. His nurse & medical assistant Felicia were very rude as well. They haven't heard the last from me!!! I'm filing a complaint with the medical board. I wouldn't wish what we went through on my worst enemy. He's dead wrong for his actions. My husband is a type 2 diabetic & should've received treatment until his laceration was healed. Ledger should be held accountable for his unprofessional and unapologetic actions.Mrs. Collins

I appreciate the office staff and Dr. Ledger. I appreciate him not only taking x rays I needed but he took the time to discuss my options. He also made a plan to follow up to see how my issue is progressing. Everyone was polite and professional.

Dr. Ledger, Maxine and his staff are so wonderful! They are professional, caring, honest and do not sugar coat anything. I have already have one surgery to correct 2 problems in one foot… not even a week I can feel the relief already. I was reminded to take it easy to allow healing. Dr. Ledger takes great pride in his practice and work. I am do glad I was referred to him.

I had an appointment today and forgot the time I was supposed to come in. I called and was told 2:30 I came in at 2:25 and had to reschedule because I should have been there at 2pm. I confirmed the date but forgot the time. This place is unprofessional from the receptionist to the Dr. He told me he believed his employee over me. I said I should have trusted the reviews and said why didn’t you? Trust the reviews this place is awful. I’ll take this as a blessing.

I'm not a fan of people using reviews to complain, but since I still can't reach anyone at this office, I'm not sure how else to voice my disapproval. My wife had a toenail fungus. They took a clipping put in a baggy and sent it to the lab. I understand that it takes a lot of skill that deserves compensation to recognize the problem in the first place, but they charged the specialist consultation fee, then a solid $400 dollars to take a "biopsy" (read toenail clipping in a baggy). The Lab they sent it to charged $500 on their end too. I realize it costs something to run a business but this felt a little silly and just wanted to talk to an actual manager. They didn't return my call for 6 weeks and my wife paid part of the balance when she went in to have them tell her it was a fungus. When I gave up on hearing back from a human after the next statement. I tried calling the office every few weeks for a couple of months to pay the balance only to go straight to some on-hold music out of a Shaft movie. I would wait on hold for 45 minutes only to be disconnected automatically. Two weeks ago I tried contacting them through their website and commented that it was normally someone who owed you money that was hard to reach. Saturday I came home from a business trip to find a collections letter for the remaining $71 we owe them. If you're going to charge concierge prices, at least get your act together for concierge experiences.
