What a disappointment. My family have been coming here since it opened over 5 years ago. Today I checked in online for me and my 2 boys. The lady withe red hair took me off for whatever reason. I asked her why she did it. She said it was because I checked in my 2 boys. I checked all 3 of us. Shame on you.

I took my two kids to get a haircut and they really don't know what they're doing I asked for a fade with a one around sides and the 0 on the bottom and the trim on the top but my son came out looking like his hair wasn't even cut then my other son they ended up going all around the world he ended up looking terrible. I've gone to various locations Cedar Park Killeen Round Rock and I'm always disappointed with the stylist I don't recommend going to waste your money.

Haircut was decent and quick, nothing special though since I usually just get a buzzcut. But what irks me is a situation that happened to me and my father when we went there to get our haircuts. We walked in and as he was signing in at the front reception, I noticed his name show up on the wait list but immediately after, a group of 3's name appeared after his position (probably from online appt since there was no one else waiting onsite), then he mentioned my name to the employee to add me to the list which appeared after the group on the wait list. So while my father was getting his haircut, the group came in and the employees immediately called each of the group in turn, leaving me waiting extra time after my father's cut was completed, both of us having to wait longer for my turn. Even though me and my father came in at the same time and first, I had to wait longer for my cut, just because a group who were miles away signed in online. This was my first and last time here because I see no reason to go back to this place for future haircuts. The price is the same as other barber shops that I have used nearby for the same service, and at least they take in their customers "first come, first serve".

Took my boyfriend to get his hair cut, he actually likes this location the worker did a great job listening to what he wanted and didn't cut too short so Thanks (:

I’ve always had a great experience here. First, I love the check in online feature. It makes waiting in line so much faster. Second, you can’t beat the prices!! Store is always clean and taken care of. The stylists I’ve seen have all had 8+ years of experience. I just saw Katelynn and she did a great job! She made sure I was happy with the length before I asked her to cut off a little more.
