“This location can become very congested. In the future, I hope a hard line rule can be put in place about the direction of traffic and how traffic should flow. It's a safety concern for me. The traffic should go just one way to alleviate congestion, and the customers should adhere to HEB rules, or the customer can take their business elsewhere. Safety is of the utmost importance at a fuel center. I don't feel safe when utilizing the fuel center in Harker Heights, Texas. Therefore, rules should be established, followed, and enforced while customers patronize a fuel center.”

“I will give a 5 star because the kind people there really leave a great happy impression on me. 2 people specifically. I do wish I knew their names but I don't at the moment sadly. I'll find out and put them in here. Even though it's a convenient store and I'm only there for a short period of time (I usually get my drinks from there while door-dashing) I am happy when I see the 2 that are so welcoming there. Always greeting and just their vibe is very cool. Every time. Even if they seem just not having a good day they still continue to be welcoming to there customers and kind. Thank you so much to the gentleman and woman that are like this.... I can say I really do appreciate it and am thankful because people these days are just so rude. Speaking of rude people now.....
Their is one person today just mannnn.... rude and just not inviting and it just sucks and I understand maybe she is having a bad start to her morning or what and I do hope you have a better afternoon and if anything is bothering you I hope better vibes come your way... but why am I getting rudely treated? I don't know her name either and I won't put it in here because I don't want to put her out their with a name.... but hopefully, she will have a better day and not treat people so rude.”

“This place is the standard of customer service. No, they might not always be so happy to see you, but you get what you need promptly with no fuss. The area is always cleaned & organized, fluid to clean your windshield, clean bathroom signs up for bad pumps & so much more. The best part of the Murphy experience is meeting Zenobia. Her name is so beautiful pronounced correctly & her customer service is a step above the rest. I already enjoyed stopping by this location to stack my reward points. “[REVIEW # 2,000! :D]I'm pretty familiar with Sam's given we have one pretty close to home. So, being here and the need came up, it was a good thing it was conveniently on our way home. (It was sorta a last minute calling-and-audible thing in the car.) It was pretty crowded on a weekday afternoon, but we got lucky with parking. (Right up front!) We needed to get a few things for dinner (we were currently a dozen peeps packed in Big Bro's house for a few days) so bulk was the way to go. We found everything we needed, and with the scan and go option, checking out was at ease. We couldn't leave without making a stop at the café. Mom had her usual hotdog and drink combo, and I had my pizza and drink combo. What a bargain: less than $5 to feed us both! And it's not like they're snack sizes: they were meal sizes! FUNNY FACT: I finally found something smaller in Texas vs California. I was surprised as I expected it to be much bigger compared to the Sam's I normally go to. Great run! Good to know they're here. Will make another stop when that kinda need comes up again!”
