Renter Beware! Renter beware, this company will totally try to rip you off. I cleaned my entire home, carpet, cleaned everything, according to the checkout list. The owner made up bogus charges, to not only take my entire deposit but make them owe them money. Don't expect any repairs to ever be completed. You will never see the representative; only get a answering service that takes a message; you can make a call or email for the repairs. Good luck with getting a response or getting the repairs completed in a timely manner or at all. Do not rent from this place. Total scam, charges are outlandous amd totally ridiculous and false.
