Entire experience was straight forward, transparent, & company takes care of tenants and requests are taken care of. App is easy to use; we received our deposit (with fair deductions applied due to maintenance). Thanks for a good three years.

If I could give more than 5 stars I definitely would, our a/c went out and once i put a work order in they came out the next day, my a/c didnt get fixed same day because they were some other issues but we called the office and they lent us an a/c unit and was so amazing about it, they have been nothing but helpful and friendly from the beginning and I absolutely recommend them to anyone and so far am glad to be renting from such an attentive company for one. I cant thank them enough for working so quickly to fix our issues!
