Lady around 55-60 old attend me ,she ask me to wait 1 hour then she said bring a statement from other bank or address,when after two hour I entered she deny to open straight,very bad staff for bank business

Why does a bank not have bankers? That is what I was just told when asked about seeing a banker to get a document notarized.

This Branch the services is really bad. I was interested in opening a Checking account . A week ago I went to see if I can do this .
I was there as soon as this branch opened early in the morning. The lady who assisted me was nice . But , she said they don’t have a banker available that day right after . For a walk in I have to wait Almost 3 HOURS OR made an appointment. I decided to do the second option , and by my surprise, they gave me an appointment for the following week !!!!!!
I decided to cancel my appointment and not do bussines with a bank is not interested to having me as a new client . Very disappointed. I will not recommend anyone to do bussines with this bank.

Came to chase Bank to open an account was told only 1 banker working so 45 min wait....then 10 minutes later informed need come back tomorrow...very unprofessional and obviously they do not care about customers...another customer had scheduled an appointment took screenshots to have proof because had issues prior as well....that customer was told her appointment next week even though she has the screen shots showing supposed to be today BOTH of us just trying to open an account

Have you ever wondered who spammed out your information so that you get junk mail in your mailbox? Chase does exactly that. They will sell your information, and all of a sudden, four months later, you're getting spam junk mail. My wife moved to Texas 7 months before I got here she rented a room for a very short time before renting another room close to the job that she got hired at. While at the first location, my wife opened a bank account with Chase. I am not on the account, but I did include myself with her credit card as an authorized user. Keep in mind I was not in Texas I was at a different state but now I am getting junk mail to her old residence that she's no longer at spamming my private and sensitive information to people I don't even know. Luckily, they contacted my wife and gave her the mail it's credit card offers. If it was someone else, they could have opened the account, and all of a sudden, I'm frauded against this is ridiculous! I'm going to have to look into this because they should get sued!!!!

On April 13th, 2024 I went to deposit money and receive change from this branch. I was assisted by Jessica who made me feel extremely uncomfortable, I stop by at this branch at least three times a week for deposits and change. Jessica asked for my ID I asked her why since I've never needed to give my ID in the past because I am a regular customer here. She responds "it is something we do when we take cash" so I then gave her my ID. Then another person comes to the window, her name was Cindy she was extremely rude and just repeated what Jessica said earlier. An interaction that usually takes 10 minutes ended up taking 30, it was very unprofessional and inconvenient. Cindy then calls my workplace to tell my manager "You have to make sure your employees have their IDs and not to refuse to give it to the teller". My manager was also confused because she has never had that issue before do to the fact, they never ID our associates. Turns out they only ID PEOPLE OF COLOR. I tried to reach someone on a corporate level, and no one was able to assist me with any email or phone number.

I am going to be closing my account because you have to make an appointment to speak to a banker every single time. This is ridiculous You guys need to get more people in there at least three bankers and if the banker isn't busy put them on a teller position it's not that difficult. I'm going to move my money I'm done with Chase You guys are terrible
