Customer service is always on point. Friendly and patient staff. When there is a line they handle it with grace. Unlike some other stores where they rush you and have attitude. Always a great experience shopping here. Jan is the best!

Normally a very posative experience with Lance and the young man and female that work in this store. But the female assistant store manager has the worst demeanor and personality in this location. She doesn't listen and is simply rude. Thankyou to the rest of the crew for being professional.

Always out of ice in the fountain! I’ve went in there many times and they have been out of ice! Multiple times!!!!Store is not clean! There is always homeless people hanging out in front doing Illegal stuff! Get it together CEFCO

Check your products BEFORE you leave (shouldn’t have to but) they will sell you stuff that doesn’t work or is old and out of date and and then not let you get a replacement or refund, basically robbing people taking their money and giving them a product that doesn’t work so just beware of that this Cefco really misses the mark some people are very nice and some are very rude

I'm not sure if CEFCO on Indian Trail Harker Heights has anything to do with the laundry mat ajoined to the store... But the Laundry Mat is so dirty and smelled I refused to even step in side the door. When I say nasty .. I mean NASTY..Thanks Cateyes

Do not use the car wash here! I should have known better when I saw no line. I just wanted a basic wash. That's exactly what you get. Maybe a minute or two worth of spray, no bubbles were ever seen. My car came out looking like a soaked cat that just got dunked in water but not washed with soap. My car still looks like the same way it went in. I use these machines all the time elsewhere and my car never comes out looking like this. They need to recalibrate the machine or something. Don't waste your money. Use the atm that's right next to it and go to the hand wash down the street.

The cashier stations clock is wrong, i was denied alcohol at 11:56 pm because your cashiers station said it was 12:03. you need to fix this issue, i was a paying customer and was denied because your clocks were very obviously incorrect. also, i’m pretty sure it’s not illegal to deny service until 12:00 am.

The cashier stations clock is wrong, i was denied alcohol at 11:56 pm because your cashiers station said it was 12:03. you need to fix this issue, i was a paying customer and was denied because your clocks were very obviously incorrect. also, i’m pretty sure it’s not illegal to deny service until 12:00 am.
