“I'm a regular here, but been disappointed the last coupla times. The scrubbing folks when you first enter have pretty much lost interest in scrubbing the front of the car. I wind up spending a lot of time trying to get the dead bugs off with the dry cloths. Today there were no dry cloths. I waited about 25 minutes, spent my time vacuuming, but by the time cloths were refilled, had lots of water spots. The mat cleaner was inoperable, a shame, because I always put my mats through that. We'll see how it goes next time.”

“Their detailing service is the absolute best! I haven’t encountered any other hand washing service like them. It’s also super convenient to go into the mall while having your car cleaned. On the other hand, their timeliness to first appointments of the day isn’t too good. There is staff confusion about people who pull up to the actual area where washing occurs versus the designated area, which can cause delays in service. Also, they are hard to get in touch with and it’s the same experience each time I’m ready to schedule an appointment (every 2-3 months or so). They’re so good I keep trying until I finally get a response, but I’d definitely be turned off and explore other options if the quality wasn’t there.”

“Misters has been good to me the last few times I've been there. I'm not a member but I should be. I was given a thorough explanation of the issues with the wash before going in regarding my wash purchased ( machines break and outside sources cause damage aswell), the employee had also told me of the things they go through and do when I asked why a tip was necessary, and when I had an issue with the vacuums another thorough explanation on why they weren't work ( when dirt is vacuumed up and then liquid it turns into mud in the vacuum hose or bigger objects such as bags, toys, ect are vaccumed up). The team is lovely and seem to work well together. Would come back again.”

“For the past several years I've been using curbside service at a different location and recently switched to this location in hopes of a better experience. I have had nothing but very positive experiences with the curbside service personnel at the Trimmier location and I'm so thankful for them. The previous location I used literally had issues every single order. This location seems to be much more organized and well run. Going on a month now of consistent, courteous, and accurate orders filled here weekly.”

“Easy to get in and out of. Touchless car wash in bay 1 with no guides or anything so my lowered Corvette can get in and out without scraping on anything. Did the $20 wash and it did a decent enough job of knocking the big bugs and grime off the car. This is a touchless car wash, so don't expect miracles or anything, but everything worked as I would expect.”
