Be careful of the employees at this location. They will accuse you of being a thief just for walking around the store with items in your hands without any proof.

I can't believe how poor customer service this store has. I was in this store to buy a couple of beers this afternoon and forgot my wallet.... I was going to pay with my phone and I am 43 years old and still look the part. the state isn't legally required to ID over 40. The worst part is the dumb answer the lady at the register gave me.... Even if you are 200 years old I still have to ask you for an ID. You miss my business and whoever I know to stop coming to this store. Be polite and respectful to your customers even if they are Hispanic.

I would put zero but you don’t have a zero so you’re gonna make me pick some star the store in Hamilton, Texas at Dollar General is constantly having sales but when you go up to the front put your number in it doesn’t give you the sale price is still charges the full price that they had it for so like if they had Pepsi‘s on sale three of them for $15 but with your digital coupon you get three dollars off but they’re still charging you $15 plus tax so you’re not getting the sale price. This is happened. Many many times at the store in Hamilton yet I can drive which I don’t like to have to do 30 miles to another Dollar General or better just to get the sale price . Sorry I can’t do anything about it and they’re charging everybody that amount people should be paying attention to their tickets you’re not getting the sale price even if you put your telephone number in this is pathetic that I have to drive 30 miles in order to get the sale price at a Dollar General elsewhere .

I refuse to shop here. I don't know what happened to this location but in the past two weeks it has gone down hill. Everytime I walk in there is four employees just hanging out by the register and only one person actually checking people out. The one self checkout is Card only and I always pay with Cash so I can't use it. So you just end up standing there for 20 mins waiting to be checked out buying four items!

Lousy store never have anything stocked, dont do a return to this store, they say they ll put it back on your card, its been 4 days no money yet,. Probably have to take them to court for it. Not alot of friendly staff either. Oh and dont call to ask a question they never bother to answer the phone. One woman in the store she ll id you for toothpaste. Good luck shopping at hamilton dollar general
