If I could leave no stars I would. I went in to get my nails done with black and white and the guy kept pushing red and saying he won't do black and white only black and red or red and white. I walked out because I'm not going to be pushed to do something on my nails that I didn't ask for. Only go there if you like being told what they want to do.

Pedicures feel amazing I love the massages and what all comes with a pedicure but I just hate how they always try to push you to spend the most money and to pick the most expensive pedicure and continue to ask you even after you say no ?

So I went to do a pedicure they lady name tiny didn't do my pedicure right. She never asked me which one I wanted and she charged me $ 80 for and didn't do a good job. The reason I came to vivian nails was my friend told me they do a good job. Honestly I don't know how they got there licenses for that and they don't know how to do it. I called to speak to the manager and the lady that answered the phone didn't understand me. I left a message for the owner to call me and my phone number at the point she hasn't called me

SAVE YOUR MONEY!!! they take forever to assist you, they CANT NEVER do what you ask for, always given excuses They're always talking and judging people (racist) they're rude when you ask for something specific and always trying pressure you to spend more money on their garbage cause they can't even do a simple manicure
