They even adjusted the bill downward since her procedure turned out to be less difficult than originally expected. “We highly recommend Animal Health Care Center! I used them many years ago for 2 of my dogs that needed surgery and they were wonderful… fast forward to now and my current dog and they have been the best match for us! After over $1,000 elsewhere with no answers we came in to see Dr Brown and not only have they finally diagnosed him correctly and got my guy to feeling more like himself they are so wonderful with him that he didn’t even get upset during his nail trim that he’s usually terrified about. “Great experience. Dr. Jeff spent a lot of time talking to me about my cat issues and I also ask about my dog which I did not bring in. He had a funeral the next day, he called me right after to give my my cats test results. Then he followed up with us several times. The following week, I took my cat for a follow up and also brought my dog, who had a large tumor, he said that he could not preform the surgery there and referred me to 2 other vets. He did not charge me for that days visit. I wish I would of found this vet years ago. I have lived in the area over 25 years. I will continue to see this vet, Jeff R., as long as he is practicing. He has worked hours on another cat kid, flushing maggots from sinus cavities; he wanted to give our cat a chance at living; since cat kiddo had been fighting hard to live.
Dr Bill is a straight shooter, eye to eye he'll tell you.”
