This is one of the WORST POST OFFICES IVE BEEN TO! I haven’t received my mail for 3 weeks due to them stating that the person who does my route “ doesn’t like to come into work and she chooses to come in when she feels like it. I went in on 8/26 and told the clerk that I haven’t received mail she proceeds to hand me a carrier full of mail and says go through it… it was not small and had about 100-200 things of mail in it… I told the clerk I’m suppose to go through this I don’t work here she proceeds to keep helping everyone else and says I help you when the line goes down.. she never helped me .. finally getting tired of sorting through the mail I finally told her get me a supervisor and she stayed the supervisor was probably on lunch and I told her I didn’t care this was unacceptable. The supervisor then tells me she’s sorry they are understaffed and that she will sort through the mail in the back and see if she can find all my mail and packages that I should of had WEEKS AGO. She tells me she will personally drop mail off to my house which is wrong because my personal mail shouldn’t be in your personal car.. but this is the kicker of it all .. all the mail I had to go through had people’s social security checks , new bank cards , bills , voting info, important information that shouldn’t be touched by someone who is not a postal office worker. And the clerk also told me that someone else from my neighborhood went through all this mail and it’s like wow so someone else had access to take my mail .. they didn’t check my ID! My pregnant wife had to help sort through mail it was just really bad… and tacky and not done correctly. AVOID GOING HERE AT ALL. If I could move cities just so I don’t have to deal with this postal office I really would. I HATE TO CALL PLACES GHETTO BUT THIS IS GHETTO!

Gloria is the best. She always has a sense of urgency and her uplifting tone and patience for people who are new to shipping is out of this world. Her intelligence is the obvious reason she is employed there.

Gloria is one of the most vile, disrespectful human beings I have ever encountered. Her behavior is shocking, and embarrassing for herself and the community. I would be ashamed to employ her, truly. Obviously the community agrees. I cannot believe nothing has been done about her yet. DEI at its finest.

The service in this office is terrible. The lady who attends at the counter is too unbearable and never has a positive attitude. She must retire now and give a chance to a new employee who wants to work.

Teller is very rude. Been in there numerous times and same lady is rude to everyone I think her name is Gloria. Very poor customer service. She should not be allowed to talk to customer the way she does. ?

Gloria is the worst postal worker I have EVER encountered, and she has been allowed to conduct business this way for years. She needs to be fired or start treating people with some level of respect. Absolutely miserable to deal with.

The lady who’s working on Monday June 10 at 12:00pm was so rude. I understand she’s alone and it can be overwhelming but there’s no need to be a jerk to people that are being nice to you. She kept cutting everyone off mid sentence and would start talking to someone else if she didn’t like that you had more questions. I didn’t even get any answers from her because she just went to the next person in line. If I can do zero stars I would.

This has to be the worst post office I’ve ever been to. The lady behind the desk “Mrs. Gloria” needs to go ahead and retire. Sent customers away because she flat out said I don’t have time to go looking for your package ,yet has a 10 minute personal conversation with another customer while a line of people going out the door wait patiently. Been in line for over an hour and she continues to pull people to the front that are easy as she put it.

I was expecting a package delivered, Delivery was not made I checked tracking status it stated it would be delivered next day. I waited a week and nothing . I called the postal service number and the automated system stated package is at the office to be picked up. My husband arrived asking for it ,The employee by the name of Gloria was instantly rude to him her replies were answered back rudely.

Why they don’t fire Gloria? She is treating customers so bad and it’s not just me, I see lots of complaints about this person she is very rude and she doesn’t do her job I’m very disappointed ☹️

Went into this location to mail a small packedge. GLORIA, the person behind the counter was more than nice to everyone she knew as a regular customer, she was polite to but I noticed that she was hostile towards me and I couldn't figure out why. Then it was my turn at the window where I handed her the package and she said sir you don't have to throw things at me and that's when I immediately pulled out my camera and started recording. When people say that you do something that you definitely didn't do to try to Garner attention or to try to sell your reputation or to put you in a bad light you need to videotape because that's the only thing that's not biased that always tells the truth. So then she said I'm calling the cops because you can't record me in a government building in which I replied I don't see any signs that say I can't and being a government employee doesn't circumvent my constitutional rights. So the police finally get there and of course she doesn't want them to look at the video camera up at the top Corner that's watching her that would have proved that I threw or didn't throw anything at her but she made a big deal in wasted the poor officers time so I paid for the package and I had to go to a different location to mail it. Well when I got to this location the one on Davis Boulevard in North Richland Hills they were so polite and they were doing what good customer service people do which is take care of the customers. Now since I had my package already ready to go and then the envelope that I paid for I forgot to let the lady know that I paid for it and I had the receipt someone she said my bill I said oh sweetheart I'm sorry I should have told you I had already paid for this at the Haltom City location and I had to come here to send it because there was a lady there behind the counter, and I use the term lady and loosely, that lied and made a scene and called the cops said that I threw something at her so I had to pay for the packages and she refused to send them so I had to come here to send them. And then the ladies here at the North Richland Hills location on Davis Boulevard said I can believe it I better name with Gloria wasn't it? And I said yeah how did you guys know that? And she said because we get customers over here all the time because of her. They say there's always the closest locations depending on which way you're going that a lot of people come here because of issues they have with the post office person Gloria behind the counter. If I could give no stars I would have but it's really funny and it's validating when the people at another post office are clowning on that lady again use Loosely about her being nothing but drama and not very good to people. I don't like people who lie so what she said that I threw a package at her that I handed it to her and the most normal fashion that it could be handed to her that I knew she was a problem person and when she called 911 I heard her tell the 911 agent something that quote," I threw something at her and that I look like I was on drugs" which was a total lie it made me that much more sure that I was in the right. I feel bad for all the people that work in the post office that have to deal with crazies like this person name Gloria. Not everybody who works for the government is bad but a lot of people that work for the government that are just bitter in life don't really have accountability because they work for the government so they're allowed to get away with the actions of this person got away with. We all need to go here and make Gloria the lady behind the counter famous but not famous for anything good we need to make her famous so nobody goes to that location again and it has to close. Because the manager didn't stop her and her supervisor didn't stop her they actually gave her the feeling that she was in the right when they obviously knew she was in the wrong.
