I pulled up 10 mins before close and still got treated as if I showed up 10 mins after opening , Joe was absolutely fantastic. I’ve only ever used Texas tires and will continue because of people like this . Thank you for killing it !

Improperly installed some spacers and one of the wheels almost fell clean off my family suv 3/8 lugs fell off because they over tightened the lugs on an aluminum spacer and on 2 other wheels they had to re tighten lugs because they didn’t seat anything properly and that’s their mistake and they didn’t want to do anything to make it right
They’re employe standards are low and they’ll hire just about anyone and that results in people who don’t know what they’re doing gala the time over tightening or under tightening your lug nuts

Kevin and the shop guy Joe are top notch. The whole process was flawless. I highly recommend this shop. I used to go to discount tire and always had issues, from scratched rims to bent pinch welds. So needless to say this is my new home for my tire and wheel needs.

One of the worst places to do business with. You walk in to get a tire repaired and asked for a plug patch and they put in a plug instead three days later if the after you pay a really good amount of money to fix it. Will never do business with this place again they suck, no attention to detail and damage your equipment on your vehicle. No finesse.

Tried to do a lease for tires and decided to go to discount tire instead(bc it was going to cost me $1400 for 4 tires that sold at wal-mart for $127 a piece). Texas Tire still charged my account for tires that I never purchased nor picked up.
I spoke with the third party leasing company, koalifi, who said that my loan was never confirmed.
Texas Tire refused to help me and insisted that i signed the loan which I most certainly did not.
Do not buy tires here. Or even apply for a lease. They will steal your money.
I.e. We also contacted texas tire before going to purchase tires elsewhere to make sure that the lease was only approved and not confirmed for purchase. I was informed by them that they did not put the lease through because we had not made a purchase of the tires. We have no receipt as there was no purchase made at Texas Tire and Texas Tire never issued a receipt of purchase and we never received the product. It was never installed and they still have the product in their possession. There was bad communication on their part, and they are trying to pass that on to the customer.
