Why on a blistering hot day like today, is the ice cream products that you order on kiosk , not being served. The machine shows all ice cream products are unavailable. Are they really unavailable or is it the staff didn't want to deal with a lot of ice cream patrons?

It's one of the worst QT I've ever walked into, so unsanitary, so nasty that the fountain drink station has mold like all over the station, then the drink lever to dispense your dring had hair around it so nasty I couldn't get a fountain drink. If a fountain station is that dirty, I can only imagine how unsanitary their bathrooms never will I stop at that location. I'm not sure what the manager or the culture from the top on down is there, but someone needs to change it.

2 times in a row the card readers were not functioning properly. Once last week at the gas pump and once at the register tonight. Employee was kind of rude. People cutting in line, when I was obviously ahead of them. Truth, just a bad experience. Which is very common nowadays!!!!!! "GIVE ME SIX FEET" and stay out of my space!!!!!!

#### VILE REVOLTING PLACE... AVOID ###1/8TH OF AN INCH OF PEE ALL OVER THE BATHROOM FLOOR.... Coffee machines leaking all over the floor, presently we have 2 homeless grown men asking for quarters by the pumps, and a crack head shoplifting this place into oblivion...just rank...?

just an fyi, instead of a $1 holding fee, this gas station places a $175 initial holding fee on your card and then returns the difference of the actual gas you got

I had the worst experience with manager Gina W. Very rude and unprofessional. I go to QT and expect to get service with a smile, because that’s what they are known for… was very disappointed whenever I received the opposite, and witnessed other customers mistreated as wellWon’t ever be back to this location!

The worst experience ever they have 16 year Olds selling cigarettes and beer and when I called to ask bout prices the manager was rude and acted as if he had better thing to do other then help a customer then hung up the on me. So so rude this is why I always go to racetrac they're always so nice and have a smile.

Rude older caucasian female cashier with blonde hair. Never reallyyyy had an issue with her before today. Not sure if she’s having a bad day or what. Don’t know her name but all I did was ask if I could get another drink because mine didn’t make that cracking sound when I opened it, the cap was not tight at all, and the seal had already been broken. So I assumed someone had already opened it then put it back. Anyway, she gave me the okay, but as I was walking away, she said something in a snarky tone like, “it’s fizzing but whatever”. Something along those lines. Which wasn’t really friendly, but I didn’t say anything back to her because confrontation of any sort scares me. And maybe???? She didn’t mean any harm by it???? That was my initial thought, but then when I came back to the counter she started being even more unkind, but to my mother this time. Didn’t hear much, but it sounded like to me my mother was trying to defend me getting another drink but white blonde hair lady kept unnecessarily snapping back. And then brought me into it by saying I was trying to argue. Lol what? Hell no I was not. I asked one question and explained that the seal had already been broken. How am I arguing? Nobody else in this situation was arguing except YOU. The “argument” was one sided, so it seems you projected on to us what YOU were trying to do.Anyway, this situation gave me anxiety all to hell and it made things worse that everyone was staring. I already struggle with really bad social anxiety and I didn’t even want to ask for a new one but my mother recommended that I should for my potential physical safety. Then the fact it all escalated from there is beyond me. Over a damn drink replacement. My encounter with her was not pleasant whatsoever. I don’t even feel comfortable enough to come back to this Quiktrip because of this woman. Just yikes.
