Crappy storage units for dirt, dirt cheap is what you'll find at this easy-to-miss personal storage business tucked in next to an aging skating rink on Denton Highway. If you need to store stuff that is not weather sensitive, can resist rats, doesn't require security, and doesn't need any power, and you don't have much $$ to do it, this is the place for you. Personal Storage is a hoarder's delight. Large storage spaces, minimally maintained, line two long rows. No security pad will greet you at Personal Storage. Neither are there security cameras. A mesh fence, a la baseball backstop, "prevents" off-hours entry. Inexplicably, one of the two main gate seems to never be open, making access to the middle row of spaces somewhat difficult by car. The unit we have allows water in during heavy storms in the back right corner. A/C outlets are wired, but provide no power. After-dark work in the unit is pretty much impossible. But, honestly I wouldn't want to come back here after dark. Several units in the back stand open with random crap spilling out of them. Why are we using this place you wonder? GF took over a unit from a neighbor who was selling off the contents, antiques and other items from his resale business, and didn't want to move them. My recommendation is if you need to store something like metal chairs and tables for a rental business, and want to pay $100 for a 15X15 space, do that here. You should probably insure it. And, try to get a space towards the front if you can!
