Whomever the latina girl who was working between 7pm - 8pm on 2-6-24 is extremely rude and disrespectful. I came in to get my FREE BLK history Notebook from Tmobile and was told I only could get 1 when i told her the other was not for me and i had the second persons seperate phone to show her the code since they are also tmobile but have a disability. She refused to give it to me stating that they had to be inside. BUT MAAM obviously if they are dealing with a disability and i am helping them which is why i showed you the two phones why are you being sooò against giving it its a FREE ITEM. Horrible experience and someone needs to do something about this immediately

Beware. I would not go to this location. Changed my account and added features without disclosing. I asked for a replacement phone, aware it would cost retail, they charged me for the model I had and gave me a different phone (lower price and lower quality) and shrugged it off with an "oh well" when I said this is not the right phone. Added a tablet to my account without asking and with no explanation. I have called Metro and they are aware and apologized for the shady sales tactics. Metro does not condone these actions! Update: rep lied to her manager and told her I demanded a free phone, I did not. I requested a copy of the receipt and the phone I paid for (whichever model it was). Rep said she could not give me a receipt, and I did not get one at time of transaction. They refused to correct the shady transaction and return of the unwanted and unnecessary tablet. I am currently working with MetroPCS customer service.

Customer service here is very poor. If I could give them a 0, I would. I have been a customer with Metro ever since they existed and never had service like this one. I was told by Metro on 611 call that because I was having issues with paying my bill, the $5.00 charge would be waived, and the rep said that 611 did not know what they were talking about.

My phone was stolen a week ago and my husband took me to metro to add me to his account... they were very helpful in helping me pick out a great phone and getting me set up. Thank you

Customer service here is very poor. If I could give them a 0, I would. I have been a customer with Metro ever since they existed and never had service like this one. I was told by Metro on 611 call that because I was having issues with paying my bill, the $5.00 charge would be waived, and the rep said that 611 did not know what they were talking about.

I have dealt with many advisors and have had good experiences. However, Brenda at this location was superb. She was knowledgeable, friendly and super helpful. She acknowledged everyone who came in while we were there. Her customer service excelled. Brenda is an asset and I will highly recommend her!

I don't recommend them the employee was extremely rude I was asking about a phone if they had it in stock I'm going to file a complian with corporate office??? I been with metro since 2018 the manager should pay attention who they hire or they will loose customers.
