I was totally frustrated with the whole process until I met ** Megan at the Healthline - Arlington store in Pantego, Texas **. She looked at the array of equipment I had been shipped and within 15 minutes told me the equipment I needed for my diagnosis and fit. She showed me how to use the equipment properly instead of my YouTube self education because the Owner's manual is lacking. She fit me with the proper mask to avoid leakage. She taught me how to properly ask for equipment in the future to keep my machine and fit working properly. Thank you Megan!!”

“I needed to come to pick up my apap machine and get fitted for my mask. First of all, I came in early, but the staff had no problem allowing me to come in and letting me know they still needed to clean the room. I didn't mind this at all because it was nice to know they wanted the room clean for me before I was assisted. I was helped by a gentleman named Zander Bravo.
