My ring was a size 8 I needed it down to a size 5.5, and oh wow you can't tell it was resized It looked cleaner than it's ever looked before, it was only $30! Amazing work!

Went there this morning to see if I could exchange a 24K pendant that my wife bought for me few months back in China. The lady that greeted me was very friendly and professional. She gave me fair spot market gold price for the pendant(less a few% of course), and I got a 24K gold cross for a fair price. Very satisfied. Not sure why all the bad reviews.

Look at the reviews, folks. The Asian names leave good reviews, the Americans leave reviews saying they were poorly treated. Rings true to me. If the owners are reading- I WAS going to come here, but it's clear I would be treated like trash. Let this be a lesson on how you treat customers.

Their good and jewelry is very unique, but the people who work there are not professional, and they don’t acknowledge anyone but Asians! I went in with my wife to take a look and buy a bracelet and they never welcomed us, two mins later an Asian lady went in they welcomed her and and start talking to her right away!!

My sister and I were there and wanting to buy 24k gold necklaces or a bracelet but no one didn't bother to help us. We went to another Vietnamese Jewelry store nearby and spent nearly $3,000. They just lost a customer.

The people here are horrible, rude and have an obvious distaste for Americans. We took in valuable antique jewelry and he handled it as if it meant nothing, tossing it on the glass display case. He didn't speak until we asked him questions. He barely responded and there was no language barrier. He stated another handful we had was 10 carat gold when two pieces were clearly platinum. I asked about the beautiful diamonds on the bracelets and he stated they weren't worth anything. All that aside, the most rude individual I've ever dealt with in any business. I would steer clear of here. Americans are not welcome.

Love this place. Got a Franco chain here and they adjusted the size on the spot. Also had a platinum ring polished to perfection for me to scratch back up :) the prices I feel are very reasonable
