I would highly recommend this agency for a couple of reasons, 1- because of the exceptional customer service I received from Nadia & Vanessa. They are genuinely kind and patient, a true rarity in that industry. Also, very thorough in explaining the terms.2- Also, they both displayed excellent team work between the two of them to get my policy through.3.The rates being affordable is a plus.4. I completed my entire quote to agreement over the phone, & signed my docs via email.. making this experience so convenient.5. How quick the process was.

I would say they are great as long as you don't have a claim. Twice we have had claims and twice we were told we weren't covered. We left and got state farm. Very happy with them. Terry and Linda Stanfill
