Very nice owner, but absolutely not capable of doing large maintenance jobs. Many issues after the repairs and if they say it takes a week, expect a month. If they say a month, expect 4. The follow up repairs to the repair were so costly that it would have made sense to have gone to a full service name brand auto repair shop. Don't go cheap, go where they have a large team to get the job done in a timely manner, with a reputation that backs the quality of work. This shop is not it. Save yourself from my experience.

When i saw these post on this site i had to Laugh, are they for real? i thought.. i have know Mr. Garza at GnB for long time He Has more Friends"that started as customers than Anyone In Auto Repair(a Tough to please everyone all the time job)... the Allegations of theft and fraud are absurd. and far from reality i am a bit surprised This type of un founded unproven slander is allowed on this site... If these are real accounts.. why did maryiann k" for get to post what she had Tried to do to Mr. Garza who was the' only one who tried to help her.. when she wrecked her car and had little to no funding for REPAIRS SHE WANTED DONE...and Why would She forget to post that She had abandoned a vehicle on private property for over 3 years while ignoring request for removal by the very patience property. owner .Mr Garza had received notice from the city he had cars with far outdated registry and tags..CITY CODES dont allow FREE AIR WRECKING YARDS( many parked,dead cars No stickers) in city limits... YET Mr. Garza Moved and Stored Her car over 3 years...NEVER collected a dime....from the lady of a thousand excuses" IF her claim of theft was true..SHE knows (lives close by). WHERE the car is every day..Out in the open waiting for her to Claim "HER" property... if its hers,,, and He Stole it.. That should be a fast recovery with proper authorities present.. the POLICE in Haltom Would LOVE to recover a stolen car for a poor Victim like "mariann..... Maybe some day miss mari-amanda will Share the time She tryed to "receive" benefits from some one else inheritance she not related to...Thinking SHE" was entitled.. Maybe she could tell the officers who will JUMP to her Aid (soon as she presents proof of ownership yadda yadda) HALTOMs Finest May Enjoy That True story as much as i do.. in closing ""I pray for poor Miss mari-anda"..."bless her heart" that she might Be healed""" amen

Difficult 2 discuss the poor lack of communication leading 2 neglect & further damage 2 vehicle after car left @ G&B Auto over 1 (one) YEAR! And No, vehile not left then picked up & returned 4 continued work x1 yr. Vehicle wld drive B4 leaving @ G&B AUTO. Auto confidently left w owner. WE paid 4 parts requested, then left @ shop, again, OVER 1 YEAR. Complaints & urgency 4 operatable vehicle explained w some unidentifiable speech & excuses. Still 2 upset & dissatisfied after a year w finally returned car. But, G&B AUTO was fast w oil changes & car inspections. Had been going 2 shop about 3 years. Didn't see coming & not told unexplanable options clearly. Especially on a time 2 get the car back. Still very dissappointed & cannot explain all that happened. Don't go here unless something easy for a newer car. Chexk around!

Richard literally STOLE MY CAR!!! DO *NOT* USE THIS SHOP FOR ANYTHING!!! He had my car and I asked him for a quote to repair. Instead, he refused to do the work and SOLD the car without my consent. When he asked me for the title, I reminded him that I'd asked him for a quote to repair the vehicle.

I drive past this place all the time, but had never used them. Honestly looks a little run down. But when my kid's Check Engine light came on the night before she was due to drive 5 hours back to college, we tried them. The owner, Richard, does all the work himself, communicates well, and knows his stuff. He stayed late and came in early to finish her car so she could get back to school. We'll be using them consistently from here on.Services: General repairs & maintenance
