Last night I bought a ring. I am a senior citizen, I do not see well when. I got home they told me that ring is broken the stone. Awful experience. Inexperienced and need extensive training in both weights and measures and customer service. For training purposes....1 oz = 28.35 grams1 Troy Oz = 31.10 gramsOf course this only applies to the rest of the world and just because it can be found in millions of places on the web, in books or by asking your parents (or anyone with any sense). "They don't go by that....they use their own certified scale"So either they are intentionally misrepresenting the weight of a customer precious metals, their scale is incorrect, they are grossly incompetent or all of the above. Whatever the case i would go anywhere else besides here if you want to be treated with courtesy, consideration and competency.....Oh and they also opened my proof/ uncirculated coins and bounced them to "Verify they were Silver"Here's your Sign......

This used to be the best place in town . It's under new ownership . I was just totally insulted by a female employee there today . She asked me for my ID to see a necklace . I go to high end jewelry stores and no one has asked me for an ID . I promptly told her that I was never going in that store again ! Here is the most insulting part the necklace was only 1800$ . They have just lost a customer ! I don't recommend anyone shop there if that is how they treat their regulars .

Cash Plus Pawn is my new favorite place. I have some musical need to meet, and let me tell you, if you want to buy musical equipment, DO NOT go to Guitar Center...go to Cash Plus Pawn and ask for Jason Barber. What a terrific experience. These guys have the largest selection of musical equipment you've ever seen outside of a dedicated music store. AND! I literally couldn't even haggle with Jason because he was so amenable to every request and he made such a fair price on all that I asked that I was just left silenced. These people rock! And it's where musicians need to go! Lee Sager Rock God.

The employees at Cash Plus Pawn are friendly and know what service is about. I have been a customer since 2006, they have always taken care of me and been reasonable on the loans. I always shop here first because they have quality second hand merchandise and reasonable on the prices.Always leaving with a satisfaction of good customer service.
