Dumb. Told the guy I'm disappointed in cricket because of his service and I may go to another carrier he's said that's fine....... This happened denton hwy haltom city at 1:40 p.m 1 14 24... been with cricket for years lol ill go to metro or Verizon this is what you guys hire no thanks

This has been the best wireless experience I have had OF ALL TIME. EMILY needs to be promoted to run call center operations because Gabby from the call center only cared about pissing me off to the point of cancelling my tablet line of service! Emily got me back activated on my new line of service and charged me half per month on tablet plan offer!! Goodbye Gabby!

Came in to activate my cricket phone and service that I ordered online, was met with rude looks and told they were closing in fifteen mins. Lol I'm going back to metro.Update: I went back in a few days later to see if someone else was working to help me... No...same lady. Same attitude. Same terrible customer service, and she flat out lied to me, and did everything in her power to avoid having to do any of her job herself.Whoever the lady is who works afternoon weekdays is a waste of money

If I could give this place a 0 I would.. and if you are looking to see if they’re are hiring don’t think about not even once and run away from this place.. I use to be a employee here and I got fired on my second day because I asked the district manager Steven Robales if I was going to get trained and he fired me saying I wasn’t “fit for the job” just from a simple Question? Then he lies to corporate store saying I walked out.. and the corporate stores are actually covering that up. The only nicest person there was Jorge

Would give 0 if I could (this is the first time I'm posting a negative review). The attendant NEVER even looked up to acknowledge we had walked in. Yes he was with another customer, but when you hear that door open you look up to at least nod at the customer. Finally after 10 mins of just standing there we just walked out. Will not be returning to this location... I'd rather drive out further for better customer service than be ignored.

I am not receiving any service at all because of my language preference , ENGLISHevery other customer (7) has been helped with excellent service to relieve free phones on medicaid BUTmy phone is broken and they want $80 for a replacement ..... xnay on the CRICKET .... AWFUL
