Goodness do I have a lot to say about not only this business but about the service and in particular Holly who is the manager. If I could give this place a zero or even a negative rating I absolutely would. I called around to several places to get the information I needed after my accident. The front passenger corner was affected. There was no damage to the hood or passenger door at all. So I made my decision to go with Collision Maxx because of my conversation with Holly. She had made me feel confident that they would take care of me. After sending her the photos of my vehicle she assured me that it would take approximately 2 weeks. Long story made really short is I started calling on a regular basis after the 2 weeks passed(once a week) to get an update. Holly became very irritated with my phone calls and actually told me that. 3 months later after these calls and frustration I was able to finally pick up my vehicle. Let me tell you I to this day cannot understand how my back license plate was mangled. I was hit in the front. They had thrown all of my belongings and floor mats in the trunk. When I questioned Holly about this and the tinting on my windows was now bubbled she just cowardly jumped in her vehicle and drove away. I can not stress to anyone enough that I would steer clear of this business. I still have issues with my vehicle's engine as it now drives as a standard instead of the automatic vehicle it is.

Jenn's performance at Collision Max is truly outstanding! She deserves a raise for her exceptional work. Despite the challenges and stress of dealing with a car wreck and repairs, Collision Max made their part of the process hassle-free. I am extremely pleased with the outcome, and my car now looks as good as new. Many thanks to Jenn, Martin, Mike, and Lulu for their excellent service!

Cash a claim check and never fixed my vehicle...made numerous attempts to get vehicle fixed...this happened last August and still my trunk hasn't been fixed...shady...now they closed out in haltom city and we have to call out to Burleson...I'm pretty sure we not going to see that money...because I do not trust my vehicle in their hands...another customer said they took their car and till this day still don't have it...they basically stole their car...do not recommend...

This was the worst body shop work I ever encountered. They had the car for over a month and returned the car looking like a 3 yr old did the repairs. They also have a very rude Shop Manager. I was trying to explain that the car was shaking badly and I was scared to drive that way. I was told I need to talk about something that makes sense. I was told they done what they gone do and I need to take the car and figure what’s wrong with it. The good reviews must come from friends fraudulently because the entire time I was there I witnessed mad customers making mf similar complaints to mine. I had to pay over $1000 in rental car fees just to now have my car not completed .Services: Steering & suspension repair

It's a hard lesson learned - use Collision Max on Watauga Rd at your own risk! Took a vehicle there the first of April for repairs. It was up to us to call and check status. I know parts are hard to come by and are on back order. They always had an excuse. On August 15 after another phone call that I made, I find out that they couldn't get it to quit throwing codes. Called insurance - insurance called "Holly" and told her to send it to dealership for those repairs. Thinking all was taking care of, I called Sept 2 to check status. It was then that "Holly" informed me that it wasn't their job to take it to a dealership. They were simply a 'body shop'!!! Called insurance and told them. They told me to have it towed to dealership. I asked why they didn't call us. "Holly" informed me they called the insurance company earlier in the week. Insurance says they didn't. Started to pull out the payment from wallet. THEY DON"T TAKE CREDIT CARD! It was then that "Holly" stated payment must be made by cashier check and that she told me that. She never told me that! They were paid to put a new wheel cover on and a license plate bracket. Neither were done. I have since found out that they are the bad about finishing the job.

Do not go here. I brought my wrecked car here and it took over 5 months to get my car back. They still didn't even have it running after those 5 months. Every time I called they would say they had the parts ordered, should be here by the end of the week, and could I call back next week. The next time I would call they would have a similar excuse. After 5 months I paid over 5,000 and had to get it towed to the dealership to fix.

The passenger side was banged up from hitting a boulder. I got two bids for the work. Collision Maxx provided the less expensive bid by close to $800. They allowed paying half of the total estimate so the parts needed for repair could be ordered ahead minimizing the car’s stay in the shop (Mon to Wed 1 1/2 weeks). The end result was a car you couldn’t tell had ever been damaged. The staff was professional and courteous even though dealing with virus interruptions. In short, a great job.Services: Painting

These people are SCAMMERS and LIARS!!! DO NOT do business with them!!! At the very least, use a credit card so you can initiate a chargeback when you discover their fraud and/or shoddy work. You have been warned. "They're well-known in the industry for fraudulent practices. We've been trying for a long time to get the DA to take action". That's not a quote from me; it's from a local investigator with the NAIC. They had my vehicle for over a month on a fender-bender, claimed to have replaced parts which they knew they hadn't, put everything back together incorrectly, and then flat refused to give me an invoice. Holly literally pretended like she didn't know the difference between an insurance estimate and an invoice. SCAMMERS and LIARS!!!

Workers nice enough but getting bumper replaced has been a long drawn out process. Very frustrating. They do not call to tell parts on backorder or found another part needed. Don't seem to be too through in their evaluation since 3 times needed to order parts although supposedly had everything needed to begin work. Owner won't talk to customers evidently so doesn't really care or too many complaints. I will end up paying more for the rental car than the cost of getting my vehicle fixed which is ridiculous. Ugh. Wouldn't suggest to anyone unless you have an extra vehicle to drive while they take their time getting the work done.

These for have had my car for more then 60 days and still the car is not finished even when the insurance has already paid them in full they keep giveing me dates of completion and its still not done.i would not recommend this shop for any future repairs

I had a scratch near the headlight on the side and he fix the scratch and bus the side of the headlight. It looks brand new such a good job I was very happy with everything. We've also use them on my husband's car and they did a great job on the bumper. He had hit a cone in the middle of the highway and it's split the bumper. You cannot tell it's been worked on it's just a beautiful job and I recommend them to everyone.

I got into a wreck, lights were broken and my door was pushed in. So I had my car sent here to get it fixed. Called and the appointment was pretty simple. The lady at the desk named Holly made things really easy and simple to understand and got right down to what I needed for my car!( Very sweet lady!) My car was finished in 2 weeks! My car was good as new! No dents, doesn't make the popping sound when opening the door and the paint job looks perfect! Holly also saved me a lot of money! Definitely would go back!Service: Painting
