I came in for a phone repair. It was just a simple crack on my screen. However, they treated me like a child explaining that I would have to pay so much extra for a simple fix? And maybe it’s just me but their overemphasis on “Ma’aaam” made me upset. I don’t usually leave reviews, but this place was quite condescending. Would not recommend.

I had such a bad experience with these guys..
I was told to come with my phone same day by one person and then the other one tried to turn me away. The guy repairing it was so obviously irritated. And then I started having issues because the glue that they used to repair my broken screen soaked into places it shouldn’t. So I contacted them and they insisted it wasn’t them and then agreed to schedule an appointment conveniently 2 days after the ‘warranty’ expired. These people are so unorganized and unprofessional.
Hope this saves someone some unnecessary stress.

Rude workers who just make up lies to not deal with their mistakes. I took my phone in to get fixed and they put too much glue that damaged my lidar and they were not willing to pay for it.
