This pawn shop has been thru many changes, and after reading the reviews, I decided to put my out there as well.
In the past few months, the pawn shop has changed managers, added employees, and changed the store around. Come check this pawn shop out again. Everything from pricing to a positive attitude.

Very bad customer service came no said hello,het out, or anything waited for at least 10minuets before any said anything and only 1 customer in store and 3 employees is on duty very bad customer service Ramon,Ana and 1 other female 07/01/2924

Just wanted to say that the district manager was in this store the day that my significant other decided to pawn a few items to help us out. Such an experience for my loved one. My significant other told me that he was so grumpy and grouchy. My significant other is thinking of never returning due to this uncomfortable behavior. We both love all of the employees there, they are always so professional and competent. Thank you Cash America for all that you do for us. ??

It's 910am Saturday morning and the doors are still locked and lights off..usually I would just be looking for another pawn shop but I'm almost out of gas and have to get to work...ON TIME

I came in looking for something and Ramon and Alma we more than amazing with their service. They helped me get everything I needed and some. I HIGHLY recommend this place. These two are an amazing team. I will return if I need anything else before shopping around.

This pawn shop is the best pawn shop in the city great customer service. I been going here for years and never disappoint. Alma has the shop looking good since she became the manager. Highly recommend coming here.

Apparently didn’t like my poor review of your customer service skills because it was close closing for you two rude women behind the counter instead of high how are you how can we help it was do you have this and that if not we’re not interested. Locked the doors after I walked out with customers still inside. Notice they were your employees color maybe cause I wasn’t that’s why my business wasn’t wanted and I was treated rudely. You don’t even deserve one star your place of poor customer service deserves nothing! Nice way to treat people at Christmas!!!!

Two Hispanic women and one Hispanic young man. Both of the women are the epitome of disrespect and customer service at it's worst. The younger man, Orlando...he was polite and understanding of my situation. The women....well Santa has a gift for both of your husbands this Xmas....a paddle with holes in it and your names engraved on each one of them. And guess where those paddles are designed to make contact with?

Recently purchased my gun there and have several in layaway. The staff is all excellent and the new manager is on top of her game and giving the place a new makeover looks awesome.

Was here in line for 10-15 mins and there was 3 ladies 2 of them weren’t even doing nothing but standing other lady was attending someone then when she got done she attended person next to me instead of me when I got there before the person next to me… And then gave me a mad look. I don’t know who the manager or who’s in charge but I suggest for all your employees to welcome their customers into the pawn shop even if it’s a pawn shop. I come to this shop here and there but I’m disappointed with this service and won’t come here again or suggest someone to come.

I don't like how ana the manager talk to her employees with bad words and always demanding them racing her voice at them in front of the costumers rude lady and she never let anybody to pawn nothing always turn them back she don't even try the items and when the leave the times am there she say something bad about the costumer she need to be gone from this store in 28st haltom city
