I only stopped through for a moment but was pleased with what I saw. If you're in the market for some customized truck accessories then this is definitely the spot to go.

When they were cap-it wasn't bad. Went in for warranty work on my LEER campershell was leaking. Found out it was the taillight. Was told the plastic was broken where the light screwed in. But he "fixed" it by putting washers in and sealed it. So first, light is now way off center, they sealed it with BLACK sealant against a white camper. It no longer looks like a $3700 leer campershell it looks like a hack job! I have contacted leer hopefully they will warranty this and have it fixed correctly. He did fix the lighting inside.

Ordered a camper in store and paid in full up front. It was supposed to take 4-6 weeks for it to arrive. I called at 6 weeks and was told I’d be called when it was in. Called the next week and was told it was delayed. The “delay” continued for about 4 more weeks. No one ever called or updated me at any point. I called again at about the 9-10 week mark and I’m told it came in and was “damaged in transit” and had to be sent back. Mind you, I still wasn’t called or noticed in any way until I called. The brand new camper was going to have to be repaired and I was going to have to wait another 3-4 weeks. Cancelled the order and received the refund. The refund was the only successful part of this transaction. I wish I could comment on the actual product, but the piss poor communication, service, and follow through ensured I would never shop here again.

Steve and the crew were again on their game today. This is the third interaction with this center, the first being Oct 2019 when I purchased the trip-fold LEER cover, when they installed it and today when they repaired it. Great people, friendly, joking and they will continue to receive my business. Its a bit of a drive from Weatherford but well worth it.

Do not spend your money here. $ 1400 product damaged during install. replacement ordered even word than the first . Not a reputable place of business. Stay away. I love Lear products just go else where to get them.

1. I went to Cap-it for getting a camper top put on my brand new 2019 Honda Ridgeline purchased in MAR 2020 2. I got a reasonable deal and I decided to get it done APR 2020 3. The camper leaked in many places - right from APR 2020 4. Cap-it told me there was a problem with the poured-in truck bed which caused the leak. Cap-it removed the camper shell and I had Honda examine my new truck and get the truck bed resealed 5. Went back to Cap-it and had the camper shell put back on again. Leaking did not stop. Several LEER seals were bad and the back window won't close and rain and grass clippings would get it! 6. I called Steven Chambless at Cap-it and wrote to LEER representative and told them both about how I did not appreciate the leaking camper shell that cost me thousands of dollars JUL 2020 7. LEER sent new seals which Cap-it put on, but still there were leaks AUG 2020 8. After much coercion, LEER intervened and agreed to examine my camper shell in their Indiana plant. Off went my camper shell and came back, got installed and leaks again OCT 2020 9. Lastly, LEER shared with Cap-it what they had seen another dealership do on a Honda Ridegeline install --- which was to use Silicone Sealant and cover every possible gap between the poured-in bed and the camper shell -- 11/6/2020 Summary: I had to force LEER to get them do anything. I am not too impressed with them to be honest. I will not be buying a LEER product again, if I can help it. I don't like them passing the blame to Honda, which was done initially I am very impressed with the folks at Cap-it, because, they were very patient and worked with me until the problem was completely resolved. Umpteen hours were spent on my installation and remedial measures. Kudos to Steven Chambless at Cap-it, Haltom City, who made sure that the job was done right. Completed on 11/6/2020 Rating Cap-it A+ LEER C-

Great customer service! They had exactly what I was looking for and seemed to have a good selection for many truck accessories.
