I went to this store to buy the heel tub.. but realized it wasnt my style.. so i went shooping around and found the door section.. thats when jonathan approach me an was very professional and ask me if i needed anything. He was there to answer all my questions and showed me the perfect back door for my backyard. Couldnt be happier wit jonathans service and the purchase of my new door. Will shop here again. I just wanted to say builders surplus in Haltom had some wonderful people I came in looking for a 61 inch wide cabinets with a vanity and a gentleman named Robert came to help me out he pointed me towards the exact product I was looking for and it was a fairly good price he had such wonderful manners and was very polite.

Website says have to inquire about lovered doors in store, I called and the lady who answered the phone, was rude. "We dont carry Louvered doors". Im like they says to inquire in store... Need to take the information about louvers doors off if you dont carry them.

My children and I visited this location to consider options for remodeling an older home. We were lucky to gain the assistance of Mr. Montgomery. He was very patient and helpful especially to my two daughters. He was able to appease their wants while at the same time not destroying my wallet. We have actually been back specifically because of how he treated us! HIs assistance and demeanor are an asset to this location. With any future home projects Mr Montgomery and this location will be our go-to place!!!

Built both doors that we purchased incorrectly. Service was terrible. It’s cheap but not worth it. We had to spend hours of our own time fixing their mistakes.

If you want the poorest quality doors around you can buy from them. They evidently have no quality assurance program . I bought eight doors for a small remodel I was doing. One of the doors did not have the striker cut and was missing the top bump stop trim. And two others were cut in the wrong location. The knob and striker plate location didn't match. So I had to fill their wrong cuts with high performance wood filler and recut them to make them work. I removed all the doors to spray paint them . And when I went back to reinstall them. The doors that were the same size wouldn't interchange because the central hinges were all cut at different locations. Just trash work. I bought two double doors and one of them was damaged at the top corner. And when you buy doors from them supposedly you can get a 10% discount on the knobs. So they didn't have all the doors in stocks I needed and when I came to pick up the ordered doors they would not give me the discount for the knobs since I didn't include that at the time of original purchase. The knobs were a dollar a piece cheaper at home depot anyway and they were better quality knobs with an interior lock. They were very rude when I asked for the discount. And when I said the doors were not built correctly I expected at least some sort of concession for my time to rework them . I wasn't expecting much, maybe $10.00 a door and I would have been appeased. They said straight out bring it back in and they would replace it. That was the only option. I've already set those doors. I didn't expect to have to do their quality inspection before setting them or i would not have set them. They wouldn't work with the situation one ounce. I would never recommend buying from them to anyone. And I will never do business with them again. They definitely don't care about making their customers happy. This was the location on Belknap in Fort Worth Texas.
