Horrible experience. The veterinarian is really rude so is the guy in the front counter. Do not know what they are doing or saying. They mess up patients. I went and called several times would get different answers on my dog tests. Do not recommend. Will never be going back. They did not help in my situation I just wasted my money in no answer from them. DO NOT COME HEREEEEEE!

My sister took her elderly cat in for mouth issues and they immediately told her it was gingivitis and stomatitis. Then proceeded to charge her 3 different medications that she would have to refill every couple of weeks for $300-400. Which also left the cat dazed, drooling, and miserable btw. She felt terrible for that and asked if there was anything else they could do. So they said take all her teeth out. That's pretty scary since she's an older cat and might not pull through. So my sister went else where for a second opinion and guess what's the first thing they asked? "Did they even give her and oral exam?" Turns out she doesn't have gingivitis or stomatitis. She has a tumor under her tongue that's fused to her bottom jaw. All that precious time she could have started treatment and money wasted over a misdiagnoses. That is absolutely ridiculous.

I took my cat here in the middle of August 2024 and they looked at my cats mouth and said she had stomatitis and I gave her a few rounds of medication they prescribed but she wasn't getting better. We talked about doing a full extraction but the pricing was back and forth with different estimates. Today, I took her to a different vet and he immediately noticed she had a tumor on her lower jaw. Sadly, my cat won't be here much longer after the diagnosis we were given today BY A DIFFERENT VET. So sad, I kept calling them saying she wasn't getting better and all i kept getting told was "bring her by today we close a "whatever time" and the consultation will be $55" ..... this whole time I've been giving her meds that she didn't even need. I'm mad with this clinic but also myself I should've gotten a 2nd opinion sooner although sadly the outcome would be the same. Just irritating I spent money on meds she didn't even need

The pricing was better than other vet offices that I had checked with. They also let me pay half up front and the other half when I was to pick up . Unfortunately the day before I was going to pick up there was fraud on my bank account. I did not have the money to pay at time of pick up. They would not make any exceptions and told me my dog would be moved to a shelter and be put to sleep. Luckily I was able to come up with the rest of the money. He looks like he has lost 10lbs at time of pick up and very depressed. Also when I took him outside he pee for 3 min as if he hasn’t been able to use the restroom

This is my go to clinic! Vet saved my cat from almost dying, he had a very bad urinary blockage. He is now back to normal and on a special diet ? very affordable too!!

Took my dog into the vet, advise doc to please prescribe antibiotic because my dog has the symptoms of having bacteria in his stomach since he eats table food that I don't give him. Anyway doc said he was dehydrated and said to keep him overnight. I said no, charged me like $400 for blood work and some vitamins that my dog did not need since usually vets give him a urine test for his stomach. Dog is okay however not sure if doc got the right diagnosis right. Not really gave me a followup, I had to contact them for a followup. However the person who answered the phone did not give me a diagnosis just my dogs symptoms. Im not sure they even knew what my dog was going through. So I hope my review helps with choosing your fur babies vet.

A huge thank you to this clinic for being open on Sunday. While their prices aren't budget by any means, they saved me potentially thousands I would have spent at an emergency clinic when my dog took abruptly ill Sunday morning (don't we all love to wake up to vomit in the bed...?). The Dr is not the warmest but he is efficient and capable. I wasn't put off by his manner, but I do see why some people are. He really seems to care a lot about the animals in his care, and that is his primary focus while you're there. The receptionist was friendly and chatty, and also very kind and careful with our boy. The care and medication provided were effective, and got my dog back on his feet in no time.
The Dr *did* ask before performing bloodwork or x-rays, so nothing was done without my knowledge or consent.
All in all, a far better experience than the emergency vet would have been. Thank you so much to Broadway Animal Clinic and Dr. Multani, as well as the front desk person whose name I did not catch.

Went in for my dog begin very weak. Mind you he was only 2 and half. Needless to say they gave him a few shots an a IV for $670.
Told he would be fine an sent us on our way. Got to the car my dog fainted getting in car "he's 130lbs" so I'm struggling to hold him up an half in car. Same vet that gave him the shots came up an asked if everything was okay I said no he's out. Vet just got in his truck an left.
Made it home finally he started having seizures within an hour of leaving. He pasted away a total of 5 hours from leaving there.

I took my puppy in bc shes really sick & they told me theyd watch & give her fluids & other stuff but when i picked her up she seemed worse & there was ni signs of treatment. Ive had my dogs get fluids before & they get an IV on their leg she didnt have anything not any sort of sign she got fluids.
