Poor Customer Service. We have a commercial account with them and the gentleman handling the commercial account refused to extend the same pricing arrangement through our account causing inconvenience to our mutual customer. Won't send any business to this location moving forward

Waited way too long for a new battery for my car; thankfully Joshua was prompt with finding the correct one I needed for my car as well as installing it for me! In and out in less than 15 mins! Friendly knowledgeable staff!

Mark was amazing! I had called ahead to ask about pricing for my Battery change and he was amazing talking me over the phone. I got there and had talked to the store manager who was trying to show me other batteries which were way more expensive, then Mark showed up and just dropped the battery we had been talking about on the phone! His customer service skills were outstanding as he got set up to fix my battery and then talked to me about different cars I was looking at because my car payment is way too high for my liking. He did everything with swiftness even though they are short staff. Took care of me outstandingly. 5 stars, will always come back to him.

Joshua was very helpful and friendly.
He tested my battery and pronounced it doa. He then quickly and professionally replaced my dead battery with a new, 3 year warranty battery. Easy peasy. Very happy with the entire process.

Just make sure when y'all purchase a part they give you your warranty because i paid for warranty on an alternator & they didnt place it on their system so I just paid warranty for nothing.
