It took me one year to finally post a review but I feel compelled to warn others since what we went through was absolutely unacceptable.
To summarize:
- we had already contracted them before for a tile job on our patio. They've had to come back three times to regrout, and last year two of the tiles tented (still haven't heard back from someone to come fix it)
- should have learned from this first experience but silly us decided to contract them again to replace the carpet on our whole second floor with laminate
- the salesman that did the estimate and the sale, quit right after the first installation ( the place is a revolving door). So did the unprofessional managers that were supposed to resolve issues for us
- the installers were different every time, always late, always excuses, beyond acceptable circumstances (fyi, they don't work directly for them, they are subcontractors so so much for holding anyone accountable)
- the laminate we had chosen, despite being "higher end" was poor quality and made a crunchy sound every step you took. That was everywhere, not just one spot.
- it took over two months to install new laminate. We lived in misery on our second floor where all of our bedrooms are. All of our furniture in one room, with a 2 year old, and another one on the way. Stepping on dirty dusty floor, and breathing it, and being told multiple times over and over that it will be installed "next week". My husband must have moved our beds 4 or 5 times, taking everything apart and putting it back together. We felt defeated. There wasn't even a point in complaining because we saw that we won't achieve anything. Absolutely horrible.
- when we were getting an estimate on the second laminate, we got two different numbers from the two locations, the one in Allen was cheaper. This shows you the scam this business is. We confronted them about it and the only thing that happened is the poor guy in Allen got in trouble (for doing an honest job). The salesman at the warehouse in Farmers Branch was the type you'd want to run away from.
- I'm still traumatized from this experience, and don't want to deal with any contractors any time soon. I hope this was not a typical experience.
But don't take my word for it, check their Better Business Bureau reviews, this is where the real reviews are.

I recently had my floors replaced by All American Flooring, and I am very satisfied with their service. Zaid, the salesperson, was excellent—prompt and attentive. The work was completed in just one day, and the project manager was on-site throughout, providing great peace of mind. The pricing was honest, and the company proved to be trustworthy. Zaid and the whole team did a fantastic job!

We had a great experience in purchasing and the whole installation process for our LVP install. The pricing is relatively competitive in the market and our sale agent, Zaid, went into great detail explaining different options we have and their pros and cons. On an installation day, All American crew came on scheduled time and finished the complete install and cleanup by evening. They did a great job in helping furniture move, hauling old carpet, prepping the floor and installation. And after the job complete, they cleaned up nicely and also moved the furniture back to the same spot. My wife/kids who came in the evening surprised to see complete transformation. Overall, very happy and highly recommend All American Flooring.

We choose All American Flooring because of our sales person, Toby. He has been a pleasure to work with throughout the entire process and goes above and beyond. That said, the installation experience was lacking. Our floors were installed on 10/2 and 10/3/24. As of today, we still do not have transition pieces and also have a damaged door frame that we can't seem to get repaired. Communication through the entire process was poor.
Prior to installation, we were assigned a project manager. We were told to move all items out of the rooms to prep for install. Upon arrival, the installers told us they would only work on 2 of the 4 rooms day one so we had to move several items back to be able to stay in our home that night. Better communication could have avoided this issue. Additionally, the day of installation, our project manager did not reply to text, phone calls... nothing. The wrong transition pieces were sent. Our installers left without installing the transition pieces (the installers also could not reach the project manager) and we had no communication on what the next steps would be. We had to call All American to get status; they not once called us to communicate proactively what they were doing to resolve. Only our sales person would call us back. On 10/9, we asked our sales person again for status of the transition pieces and repair of the damaged door frame. We were told they were working with the manufacture. On 10/11 we were told (by our sales person when we asked for status) the project manager would stop by to get a spare plank so the transition piece color could be matched. The PM no showed. Our sales person ultimately picked up the pieces on 10/13. On 10/16, we still had no proactive outreach so we contacted our sales person again and were told that they were still working with the manufacture. As of 10/21, I still have no ETA on resolution. The damaged door frame has still not been addressed. The installers were great. Our sales person, Toby was great but the back office leaves something to be desired. We lost over a week on resolution and feel like All American Flooring is not taking our situation seriously.

All American Flooring installed new hardwoods and refinished existing hardwoods in April of 2024. The installation experience was terrible due to minimal project management and quality oversight and denial of related quote adjustments. As a result, I was materially overcharged for stain/finish products and disappointed by skipped installation elements that were itemized costs in my quote — i.e. the removal and reinstallation of wall siding for a flush refinish. Shoe mold was applied as a coverup at the end after numerous inquiries. I’d recommend using a different company.

It was an ok experience and they got the job done. The turn around was super fast for getting my flooring. I think the staff could benefit from more education on the knowledge of the materials they are selling. Too many people were also handling my sale; my preference is for one point of contact throughout the whole process. The laminate I got is nice and I haven’t had any issues with it.

Zaid had been nothing but professional since our first call. He was quick to handle any requests or questions I had. Setting up a in person consultation was easy, the communication had been great, over all very pleased with the progress so far and look forward to posting an updated review after our floors are installed. I am extremely disappointed with the service I received from ALL American Flooring. After they installed the flooring in my home, several areas started to pop and buckle shortly afterward. I contacted them to address these issues and requested they come back to inspect the problem. Despite multiple attempts to get them to follow up, they never came, nor did they respond in a timely manner.
In addition to the poor quality of their work, they were not upfront with their estimates. I felt misled throughout the process, and they didn't provide an honest or accurate estimate of the costs. Overall, the experience has been frustrating, and I would not recommend this company to anyone looking for quality flooring or reliable service.

This is our second time using All American Flooring. Merdin's team did an awsome job replacing carpet that was over 20 years old. Our home looks brand new. Merdin gave great direction and oversight to the team to ensure quality results. We had special considerations for a couple of the rooms. Merdin was responsive and made sure our needs were met and that we were satisfied with the job. Definitely check these guys out for your flooring needs.

I had some follow-up items to get completed from my flooring installation. Merdin, the project manager with All American Flooring, is amazing. He responded quickly, provided me with options, and took the time to answer my questions and concerns. Merdin’s knowledge, professionalism, and work ethics are exemplary.
