THE BEST TAX OFFICE IN TEXAS!!! They will get you everything they can and I’ve never been disappointed!! I worked w/ Lynn (herb’s wife) she is awesome! They are all wonderful.. I will forever do my taxes here. Trustworthy and top notch! I cannot say enough good things about this company! Thank you guys :)

I called up there to speak with Herb regarding my 2022 tax return but his wife did not want to transfer my call and insisted on helping me herself. (I'm not even sure she has her CPA license) She is so rude! She has a very strong accent and I was not able to understand everything she was saying. And If you tell her you don't understand ....she starts raising her voice ....but then repeats the same thing (like that's gonna help). After raising her voice and talking over me needless to say nothing got done. She said she was going to have Herb call me.I'm not trying to be ugly but this is the IRS we are talking about. I would like to understand EVERY single word! This has been so stressful and frustrating!

I have used this place since my 1st job as a teenager and am now 45 years old. I strayed away following one of their former employees who started on his own but came back very next year. Herb knows his stuff as well as the others see you soon.

Do not go here!Tax prepare owner herb does not wear a mask, breathes on your face if not careful.Gets documents mixed up .Trouble with irs if not careful.

Used him years ago. Now my dad uses him and he gets out accounts mixed up. Irs sends money meant for my dads refund to my account. Called him and he blames my dad. He says my dad gave him the wrong info. My dad doesn't have my info only old man herb. Clearly he is too old and doesn't remember screwing up. Called irs and they showed me where he sent my info instead of my dad's. Be careful using them.
