Received a package that was obviously cut open, alll the contents were missing and the package was delivered like normal.

Christopher hicks is rude and don’t like his job our don’t want to be at work. He told me I couldn’t put my mail on hold after 30days if I didn’t have a mail box if that is the case it should have the options why you want your mail on hold. He just want to be lazy and make all his employees lazy to and rude.

I have never had a problem till recently I have been waiting for a card that says it has been sent 2 times and I still have received it. It is going on a month now. What can I do?
