Great staff, very friendly. I mail packages at least once a day and the staff is always very helpful . Never had to wait in more than a couple minutes. A+++++++++++++

The worst staff, so lazy! Frumpy lookin lady with glasses, not in any kind of uniform is the worst. The Post Master is decent but clearly doesn't know how to manage her staff. This post office refused to deliver my packages to my Gunter address and without any kind of notification, sent them back within 12 hours. I have a broken foot so I couldn't get to the post yesterday but my husband went this morning. When he walked in, she was running her mouth about city politics while THREE (3) customers were waiting. She was so rude to him and acted as if him wanting our packages was an inconvenience to her. Now we have to wait 48 hours for Amazon to get our packages, contact them, get a refund and reorder. Ridiculous. Go somewhere else or don't move to Gunter lol.

The staff are great in store, and always helpful. The number of letters that never make it to me, or arrive weeks after they are sent is astounding. I get paid by check through the mail, and 11 checks paid by clients have failed to arrive this year alone, with 5 arriving FIVE WEEKS after being mailed. Either this post office is great at losing mail or someone is stealing envelopes that look like checks.

I received note on package of insufficient postage and NOT being their customer, although I reside locally wth.. Online USPS site said enough postage. Took photos of note on package and will report above local post office. This is why USPS going out of business. Zero customer service.
