Well, I'll never bank here. I called to see if we could draw a bucket of water from the outside spiket for my 83 yr old mother who's water was froze. The woman proclaimed she didn't know how to answer that and that she would have to get approval from upper management .
Grant it it wasn't a bank issue BUT if your employees think they gotta get it approved to let a senior citizen draw a bucket of water from outside I sure don't want y'all handling my finances.

Honestly worst bank ever they should just shut down they can’t even get me a working debt card never sent me on in the mail went to the bank to get one they couldn’t make me one because the machine was down so they mailed but this one only works sometimes and it declined me at Walmart left without my grocery can I just get a debt card that works that’s all I’m asking ?

They will fee you for anything they can. My car payment came out twice because of an auto draft after I paid my car payment early and that made me go over by 200. Meanwhile I also had a pending deposit of $1000 that was submitted before the overdraft and fee ever hit but the deposit didn't post till 5 days later since I initiated on a Thursday and it was a 2-3 business day issue. They refused to help me with a fee that was not my fault and took my money anyways saying "well it wasnt a bank error that made you go over so we can't help you", as well being extremely rude and combative with HORRIBLE customer service, which I already know is BS because they've refunded me in the past over way lesser circumstances. They must not be doing so good as a bank if they are STEALING money from their customers. I do not recommend banking with them and will be closing my account.

What I want to know is why don't you just announce the hours instead of a recording that says "some one will be with you shortly".
Also, why isn't the money you take out for an overdraft posted to my account... it is my right to know where and when you remove money from my account. I was told "only the bank can see that"... is that a trick to get me to over draw more so you make more money?
The people are beyond friendly... and I know they can not be held responsible for the way you do business, but it may not be much, but I would like to no more how you work.
