I had purchased a bottle of Buffalo Trace for my husband for Christmas and little to my knowledge he said that he decided to begin abstaining from any alcohol. So I told him I still had the receipt and we could return it. He went out today to make the return, mind you we are within the 30 days of purchase and it is not beer, wine, or soda. It is a brand new unopened bottle of whiskey with receipt of purchase, which had the address of the store on it. My husband goes in to make the return and tells the clerk that he needs to make a return, and before my husband even gets the bottle out of the bag the guy said “no, we aren’t taking that back; you could have purchased that anywhere”. My husband is not a confrontational person so he just turned around and left. He expressed that the guy wasn’t even listening because we had a receipt but never let him get to the point of seeing it was an unopened bottle. I would not recommend this store. The clerk was rude and we will not be back.

Horrible customer service. Return policy says you can’t return beer/wine/soda, doesn’t say anything about whiskey. Probably should update it to include whiskey if you can’t return for the same reasons. Brought an unopened bottle of whiskey with a valid receipt from within 30 days of purchase and was refused service and a valid explanation as to why my return was not accepted. If I had got an explanation or greeting that sounded reasonable I would have accepted it. But the reason I got doesn’t match the return policy on the website. Probably a great location to spend your money but good luck if you have a problem. I think the person who talked to me was Dominic. I would buy your alcohol elsewhere.

Picked a bottle 750mL kraken rum price was 19.99 on shelf. Bottle rang up 24.39 I politely said I think it’s 19.99, the very unfriendly clerk just stared at me. I walked over took The price tag off the shelf brought it back, she looked at it and said It’s ringing up 24.39 I probably need to put out a new tag or something. I haven’t gotten around to putting new tags out: Do you want it or not. Will never be back. Went across the street and bought same bottle for 18.99. Horrible customer service! Avoid

Tried this place for the first and last time. Being a Coors Light bottle fanatic; I knew when I opened the first bottle it had gone bad. Tried a second just in case, bad. I called today with my complaint, once call was answered and I told him about my experience, said he couldn't hear me and hung up. Tried calling back 4 times, no answer. Went in there and was treated horribly. The bald gentleman with a beard that works there didn't GAF. Offered a 5% discount, really?

Very rude. I have ordered from here several times on door dash and received the wrong thing. So when I ordered tonight I called ahead to make sure I received the right product. I was hung up on, so I called back to speak to the manager. The lady that answered the phone said she was the manager and refused to give me her name. I explained that I've ordered there previously and received the wrong product. She stated if I wanted to be rude she would make sure I was band as a door dash customer.

Rude. I've ordered several times from door dash and received the wrong product. So I called tonight after I ordered and got hung up on. I called back and requested the manager, the lady on the phone said she was the manager and refused to give me her name. I explained to her that I've ordered from them several times on door dash and received the wrong item so I just wanted to make sure my order would be correct. She told me if I was going to be rude she'd make sure I was banned as a door dash customer. When I called my dasher to make sure the item was correct you could hear the staff in the background saying oh my God are you serious. Worst customer service ever.
