Crappy customer service! Always out of stock. This store annoys me. I usually go to Kaufman to avoid the poor customer service experience. I went to purchase a fan and some other miscellaneous items. I noticed they had the affordable Lasko fans on display but I wanted to see what all was in stock. Maybe look at nicer heavy duty fans. I went to the isles with the fans and the entire bottom shelf was bare. I see a few tags for better homes and gardens $49 it's really nice but there were multiple tags so I look up on the top shelf, then look for an employee... trying to do the right thing. No where to be found (no shock) they are alway in the way with the insta cart tower racks but when you actually need some help... crickets. I decided to try an get one down, with success. Fortunately I didn't bust my face or something else. I try and pair the serial numbers, none matched. So I again look for someone... i ended up in the entertainment center & was helped after kindly interrupting gab hour with the gals. I then go back to look for the other home & garden fan... again on the top shelf. Finally get it down, go for another price check... at this point the employee with a smart mouth pointed out the display. I said thanks but I'm looking at all options available BUT the shelves are bare over in that area. You have lots on the top rack, there is no-one's around to help me. In hopes this lazy heifer would do something productive instead of milk the clock. Ole' smart mouth then said , you can come over here for a price check ( no doubt, silly lady that's what Ive been doing you lazy idiot)

Worst Walmart ever I tried ordering a pit boss online for store pick up it tells me they have it online for store pick up I place the order they take the money then 2 hrs later I get a notification that they don't have it so I have to cancel that order and order another one they said had it they take my money and then tell me again they don't have it so now I'm ass out $1200 because there are 2 transactions that went through and now I'm waiting for the refund to come back and it's like why do u say u have it if u don't or why are u going to presses my card with out having the item. I'm never going in this store or ordering anything from them again.

Seriously the worst Walmart I've ever been too. No one seems to work here nor when you find an employee do they wish to help you. When I tried to buy ammo last night I was told no because they don't sell ammo after 2000. That makes zero sense and none of the employees could show me where there was signage showing that rule anywhere. I "had to take their word for it" well that's not how this works. The decided they would get attitudes with us like they were special, they sure did back down quick when they realized I wasn't alone.

I go to Wal-Mart at least 3 times a week but 2 days of ridiculous .I was embarrassed. In my smal town No one ever asks if I need Help me with cases of water and I'm disabled she said my grocery wasn't rang up so I never have been so embarrassed. Calling me a thief and never Been a thief

I love that Wal-Marts in this state have rows of American and Texan flags the length of the entering walkway (no Texans, other states aren't as cool as you and they don't have that). This one seemed to have a pretty varied product selection and it's sheer size was helpful since there were a bunch of self check out counters. It made getting out faster.

This place is full of people that does not wear masks. In the store half the people are chilling, walking around without a mask or they're wearing it with their nose exposed. This is how it's spread.

I really feel bad for the person who's job it is to stand by the doors and check your receipt against your groceries before you are allowed to leave. Dumbest job ever!! If Walmart really wants to stop theft, they should eliminate the self-checkouts & merchandise between the registers & doors. Just makes me vow to do all my shopping elsewhere!

This Walmart is the worst one I have ever been to. It's filthy, poorly stocked and the people working there are rude and lazy. The door greater is not a greater at all, the Gestapo tactics that they stop you as you're leaving and go through all your bags even when you're checking out through a cashier. I could see if it was you checking out on the do it yourself scanning station. They are really nosing through your stuff. The bathrooms are bad really disgusting, I took my Grandbaby to the bathroom and one stall has poop all over the wall and the commode, no soap in any of the 3 dispensers. I dare say it is the worst Walmart I have ever been to.

It's all ways open it's a lot harder to shop there now. Lot less stuff to pick from. You always had low,medium & higher end products, but now it's medium and high. Don't worry you can't find anyone that works there.there running through the store feeling up for order ahead orders. So it was my birthday,so my husband went and ordered a cake really easy. No she couldn't understand a 1/4 sheet cake,marbled. She said pickup at 2p. The next day. Run in got the cake it flowers 1.99 he said that's not right. Big deal 29 minute later and blaming him for it .is crazy. Buying. Buying more from other stores. So sick of this

Store was a mess, nothing was stocked, out of most veggies and fruits, 2 doors to coolers in frozen section were wide open. Get to registers and they completely mess up my transactions because the lady didn't know how to do partial charges on 2 different cards. After she goofed, she didn't offer any solution, just oops sorry. So I go to customer service who acted like it was an inconvenience to help me. Once I told her I wasn't going anywhere until she fixed the problem she then went to her manager. Management said even if they reversed the funds, it would take 7-10 business days for the money to show back up on my card. So the lady fixed my transactions with the correct funds to each card. And guess what...the funds immediately showed in my account! Will never shop at this Wal-Mart again!
