5 stars does not do this bank enough justice! The staff goes above and beyond every step of the way to ensure you’re beyond happy with your banking needs. Mrs. Kim Harris and Mrs. LeAnn Martin are always top notch ladies that will make your day-no matter your situation. If you don’t bank there, it’s not too late to change that! Definitely worth a trip up there and get a first hand taste of how banking in East Texas is done!

There isn't enough stars in the world to rate the ladies at the drive thru! Ms Kim and Ms Leeann are the most friendly people in the world! I go thru at least once a week and they know my name they know I take care of my mother that has been a long time customer of Southside and they ask me about her and how she is doing. There bank knowledge is off the charts. I like Southside Bank but I love these woman!! They are just what the world is missing great going beyond customer service!!!!! Thank you ladies!!!!
