We went in with a couple other people at around 8:30pm- one of the older ladies was so so rude.
She kept talking out loud for all of us to hear about how we came in 20 to 30 minutes before closing and complaining while moaning and groaning.
She was also talking down to some of the younger employees as well. We ended up not buying any shoes because of her behavior and leaving- a couple other people did the same as well.
Overall just disappointed in the way that staff that can act so rude to customers, as well as fellow employees are allowed to get away with acting that way.

I arrived to the store around 537. As I walked in I was not greeted just told the sore would be closing in 20 min. I proceeded to look for a pair of nude heels my daughter needed for a wedding. She hollered the store will be closing in 15 minutes, I said I know I have my phone I’m making sure we don’t stay past the time so I just left without buying anything .

The manager has quite an ego, the way she talks down to employees. She needs to be demoted or more training in common courtesy.
