had a heache getting my act num and transfer pin from boost went here and the gurls where a lot of help !! They help me get my info to switch wasnt sure what phone to get and the walked me trhugh the differances on on a few device !!! also was able to transfer all my info from the old phone !!! 10 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Wanted to buy home internet service at the $ 50..00 a month advertised price and girl refused and wanted $ 55.00 per month. This is false advertising and a franchised store price gouging.I switched totally to T Mobile and got free internet modum and unlimited MB for 50.00 a month. Bad salesperson is now blessing in disguuse. LOL !!!!!

I've had terrible service. I think before they sell u a service they should check where ur service will be where u live, they have now told them o live in an area that has very little towers thats why I can't get calls or texts...... or send them!

every frigging month I have to spend hours of my time trying to get data to work on my phone. sometimes I can go to town and hook up to wifi and my data will come back and sometimes I have to Cary my phone to the store or go through 611. I make a living using my phone and I shouldn't have to go through this same crap all the time. I'm in town using wifi to write this. maybe if I blast this on your fb page it will get some attention.

Called in to ensure that their home WiFi was available at my address before driving a half hour, was told that it was and had the home internet set aside and I drive to the store to be able to get the in home WiFi and was told they do not have home internet for my location when my neighbor utilizes the same exact home internet modem. I left this phone company years ago due to the negligence of their employees and the shotty customer service, just to attempt to go back and have the same service as when I left them the first go around I will not be using Metro PCS for anything…

Best experience after a full week of trying to deal with Boost Mobile. We had the help of Annie and Jose. Absolutely no hassle and were in and out of the store within 20 minutes with working cell service. We had spent several days and hours going to a total of 3 different Boost stores. Awful, stressful experience. I wish we would have known how easy it was with Metro before wasting so much time. Thank you so much for your efficiency and professionalism.

Needed to upgrade my son's phone and called this store to see if they had the phone he wanted. The employee who answered the phone was Chris and he was extremely professional and helpful over the phone. Then when we went to the store he was even better! He basically had the phone ready for us even though I didn't specify if we were coming that day. He made sure to answer any and all questions and made sure everything was 100% to our satisfaction before we left. Chris is the greatest MetroPCS employee I have ever dealt with in my 10+ years of being a customer, and I have interacted with A LOT at many different store locations. We usually go to the Terrell location because it is closer to our house, they never answer their phone and don't have the best customer service so Chris has definitely won me and my family over and the Gun Barrell location is now the one and only MetroPCS we will go to for anything we need. The boy deserves a raise or at least some praise! Thank you Chris, you're awesome!
