Called customer service for help on an on-line order I placed. I live 50 miles away or I would have just gone into the store. The woman that answered the phone was rude right from the start. I am sure she was busy and didn't have a very good attitude when she answered the phone, but that is not my problem. She hung up on me. The ONLY reason I am giving this review 2 stars is because I called back and someone else helped me. That individual was very nice. Will remember this incident and will not be going back to Gun Barrel City.

TI have attempted to contact a store manager multiple times regarding the poor customer service experience I have encountered. Despite leaving several messages, I have not received a return phone call.

I own apartments, rv parks, property management companies and I spend 100s of thousand each year on building supplies. Lowes was my go to store, but it's customer service has been in a freefall the last couple of years. I just sent a company wide text out forbidding any of my buyers or management from using Lowes for anything. Used to be a great store, what happened.

I seen bad managers be rude to there employees including for one the assistant manager of the store a chubby lady yell at an employee. And a manager lady they call “D” she was very rude gave me a attitude and I caught her telling employees to do multiple things at once while she just sits and does nothing but talks another manager back and forth while I need assistance very unprofessional of the store and will not be coming again! You guys need better managers that actually help customers and support employees instead of being lazy and yelling at kids just because they don’t know what to do UNPROFESSIONAL!!

No human experience.. one human checking out customers. 52 min in line. I will not use self checkout to boost your bottom line. Unless you want to automatically discount 15% off purchases.
