Definitely do not recommend all their advertisements have been proven to be false. If you have any issues they refer you to the IRS. You definitely do not get it back faster we know 3 other people who went through H&R and are having the same exact issues they way over charged and everyone we know who went through TurboTax filed after us and got there return a mouth ago. And now we have to wait another 9 weeks on top of having to pay them 500$ by the time it's said and done. For that amount they should be at least a little helpful but nope. We will never use them again

Vicki is a great tax prep& is very professional kind caring& informative& helpful, as I believe her coworkers r as well being when I needed help with paper from irs filing my dad's final tax return& went in Vicki was off that day& others jumped in& helped me out without hesitation.

This is our second year going to Judy for our taxes. She is an absolute delight to work with. I have two 1099 jobs and my wife works full time. Judy was able to get us a refund when we were expecting to have to pay in or at best break even. We will definitely be coming back next year.

I have been a client for about 8years now.. I currently do taxes but still come see miss pepper.. I come back year after year just to see her.. we have developed trust and bond and I will always come see her, she has made me a lifer..

Leslie Duran is awesome but don't waste your time with Suzanne. Last year she was over an hour and a half late to our appointment and this year she was completely rude and disrespectful for absolutely no reason. I have never been spoken to by anyone at an H&R Block the way I was by Suzanne. I grabbed my paperwork and left.
