Cashier chatted for ten minutes with a young couple talking about 420..... a pregnant woman and myself and my daughter were waiting. When was it okay to have a ten minute conversation at work? Sorry customer service sucks here. I had to take my daughter back to the car and wait on the cashier to finish. Wow. Just saying.

Beverly seems to have a personal problem with me, not sure if it’s because I’m a lesbian presenting masculine, but last visit she expressed to me multiple times that I am “a little girl” and refused service. I have sent that previous complaint to Exxon directly. Either way she is unprofessional and talking to me aggressively on the sidelines while I was making my purchase with another cashier today. Cashier also mentioned that they keep getting complaints about Beverly, but nothing is being done about it. I will be taking my complaint to cooperate and considering a lawsuit for discrimination from both visits I’ve encountered this person.

“Management” (Beverly, or whatever she wanted her name to be) is extremely unprofessional and discriminatory.

Very rude, I believe the lady that works. There was doing drugs of some kind. I would not recommend stopping in here for gas or anything much better places to choose from.

Got gas on Friday, July 1st. Car wouldn't start same afternoon. Whoever is working today July 5th at 10 am was extremely rude and uncooperative. I asked for information on who to contact because this should be paid for by Exxon. She said "I don't care what you do lady... no one else has complained." I am here every weekend and have a large community of friends and you've lost a lot by treating me this way. I was not blaming her in particular and to be talked to like that is unacceptable. If anyone else has experienced trouble with their car please let them know!!! I know I can't be the only one!! Toyota said "there is barely any gas in the tank - mostly water"! I have a sample and report and will be sharing it with Exxon Corporate! Unbelievable!
