Today 6/1/2024, my sons medicine was called in 10 minutes before they closed and they were so kind and patient and filled it for me. They went above and beyond for my child. Thank you for being so kind and willing to get his medicine no matter how long it took. From my family to yours we thank you all so much.

I'm continually disappointed with the pharmacy service! In addition it's impossible to actually talk to a pharmacist.
The lack of discipline is evident. The Rx is frequently miss filled and the reaction seems to be oh well!

If I could leave zero stars I would. Don't walk, RUN away from this pharmacy. The pharmacy employees are rude and entitled with no sense of urgency or care about your health. They don't take my prescription plan anymore so I asked them to transfer my prescriptions to Walgreens. We're going on day #3 and they still won't do it. I called them and asked why it's taking so long, and the pharmacist said she would have to print out my pres. & pick up the phone to call them over....so she hasn't gotten around to that yet. I am lodging a complaint with their corporate office.

Believe the complaints regarding the pharmacy. If I could give 0 stars- I WOULD! WILL be contacting corporate. Literally drove by the pharmacy which wasn’t busy. Got home to be informed that my actual pharmacy had been trying to contact them to see if they had my medication in stock- but nobody answered. I called myself after being on hold for 15 minutes- I disconnected and contacted the front end of the store. CVS is NOT that busy ESPECIALLY here. When people need their medication- you don’t neglect them. If you can’t do your job- RESIGN!

Rude, sarcastic, disgusting workers. Some of the worst retail experiences i’ve ever experienced are each stories relating to this particular location. Both the front end team and pharmacy staff tend to be absolutely awful to interact with. Seems that the company doesn’t truly put much pride in its workers given their rude attitudes, unnerving behavior, and overall poor performance towards unsuspecting customers. I can go on and on about how jarring some of my interactions have been with these people.

I have zero complaints about the customer service of the front-end of this location, but this pharmacy is abysmal. The wait times are forever long even for prescriptions that are ready, even when you have an appointment made. I’ll never be using this location for anything medical/pharmacy related.

We came to pick up a prescription for my boyfriends finger and it wasn’t ready when we got there but he said if we waited a bit they would get it done, usually at other pharmacies they just tell you it’s not ready and you have to come back. Anyway, we walked around the store until it was ready and a man worker talked with me and even gave his best wishes for my boyfriend’s finger. Then I was looking at a small Claire’s section and a female worker walked by and informed me that there was a larger section if I wanted to check it out, they were both so nice and helpful. The same man checked us out and again asked my boyfriend how is finger was and told us to have a good night. Super nice staff. So Impressed!
