I have been coming here for years and will not be back. We were treated very rudely because my daughter did not want a pedicure or nail fill this trip. She had just gotten them done due to being in a wedding 4 days earlier. She got a manicure, they didn't bother to ask what kind of manicure, just a 2 minute soak in water when she wanted the paraffin, massage, etc. When she was done she came to site by me while I got my pedicure. She was told she could not sit on either side of me since those chairs are for customers (even thou there was 8 other chairs open) Treated so rude she just got up and left. I got highly upset and it ruined the rest of the pedicure.

I stopped going to cute nails a few years ago, but this last week I decided to give them a chance again since they are local.
The set I got done by Jenny (the best nail tech at this location) looked amazing but a day later they all cracked and one broke off.
I went back to them to see if they would fix it and they immediately had attitude wouldn’t even listen to me talk about what happened and proceeded to tell me that i would have to wait awhile. They usually have always been sweet but the lack of professionalism turned me off forever.

Worst experience ever!!!!! Prices way too high for the rudeness and unprofessional service me and my daughter received. Will never be back nor refer anyone to this nail salon.

I have gone to Cute since they opened. The last few times I have been very disappointed. I will not be going back. Not even a week and nails are lifting in the back.
Cleanliness: Wasn’t as clean as it has been in the past.

I’ve been trying to give these people chance after chance to redeem themselves. We stopped coming here a few years ago for our manicures and pedicures after one bad experience after another. Bleeding cuticles, horrible shaping, bad attitudes. I kept going for eyebrow wax only. Until today. After repeatedly telling the new person to only clean up and not make them to thin… well you can guess what happened. There are two people in the whole place that do a decent job at nails and eyebrows. They aren’t always available. They need to train their workers better. That’s it.

This is my place. They always get to you seated fast but take their time with your mani or pedicure . Very thorough. Always do a great job.

The young man that did my pedicure was very gentle and he normally does the dip on the nails. So I got a treat to have him as my technician. Very professional and gentle.

I had a very nice, relaxing time. The gentleman who did my pedicure was very sweet. I have teeny, tiny toenails and he didn't get frustrated and was very gentle. I plan to come again.

Horrible place the guy that did my nails was shaky and did horribly on my nails then go to pay and they charged me more than what I was supposed to pay plus their credit card company charged me another $1.75. I do not recommend this place go to royal nails they are so much better. Will not be back

Jenny is the best! Got a full set done 2 weeks ago and as a EMT I’m absolutely hard on my nails. I’ve yet to have an issue and got them filled for another 2 weeks. Every worker was so sweet to me and I was asked numerous times if I needed anything while getting my pedi done. I live 30 minutes away from this salon and I will travel that 30 mins every 2 weeks just to keep the good service they offer me.
