It would a good company policy to take care of existing customers as well as you do the new onesI want to upgrade my phone however it cost much more for me to do this than a new customer seems that one would value loyalty as much as you do the drawing of new and it's not that way offering a free phone to the new and want to charge me hundreds I have been paying for four lines without fail and can't get a deal on an upgrade ?

This place has the worst customer service I've ever experienced I wasn't even greeted upon arrival much less asked if I needed any assistance.I went all the way to Athens to get a cricket phone from walmart..I would not ever refer anybody to this ugly store

As an existing customer with 4 phone lines with cricket I tried to come in two nights ago & upgrade my daughters iPhone 11 to a iPhone 14. I ended up getting turned away & told they stop doing any upgrades at 7:15 my husband & myself were quiet upset & still drove to the store anyways. By the time we got there at 7:20 she locked the door & turned off the lights. Apparently she doesn’t like to make money. She looked us like we were idiots & hung a sign on the door stating closed due to technical issues. That’s okay though because I took my business to Terrell were another lady was glad to help even though it was 7:15pm the following day. If I could give 0 stars I would.

I came to the store yesterday at 6PM and was told they were already closed- no other explanation. Website, google, and the hours listed on their door all say they close at 8pm M-F. Tried to call twice today and nobody answered the phone. Customer service needs work!

The cricket wireless store gbc has:Poor customer service skillsNot knowledgeable on phones and how to help us customers with phone or function of the phoneNot many choices of phones and accessoriesToday may 6, I went in to get help on a phone I bought from this store. Customer service lady was rude,she was helping me then ignore me when i still needing help did not help, she continued helping other customer. I was asking for more help. She gave most blank stare . Athens cricket wireless is best!!

Wow, if customer service is how you hire at your store, these two ladies you have working today, March 27,2023 at 7:22 p.m. are the worst. Customer Service is EVERYTHING in retail. It’s not obvious and also apparent your staff needs retraining! IWalked in as a new customer, not a hello or even a greeting until I said hello.Then before I could ask anything I was told that after 7:30 p.m. nothing could be done until the next business day. The store was to close at 8p.m.I told the two of them, by which were the only two in the store, I said you ladies looked preoccupied and I would come back some other time. They lost a potential sale and missed the target completely.I won’t be back!
